But Taxila is in Rawalpindi District, NOT Islamabad and Pakistan’s rules clearly don’t allow travel beyond visa-designated cities without special permission. Rawalpindi also houses Pakistan Army’s GHQ. So the questions are simple: How did he enter Taxila without clearance? Who authorised or facilitated this visit? Was the Pakistani security establishment involved? Instead of stories, Gogoi should come clean and clarify his stand. This is serious, not a casual “tourism” issue....
