Love these mid century modern homes. This one is so well preserved. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Insurance companies are mostly what has killed all the cool things in houses. Having 3 actual fireplaces was a sticking point in my house, and they made me remove the diving board from the pool before they would insure it.

Houses like this outlasted houses from the 80's and 90's. This is a wonderful era for a house. They're absolutely charming. ❤️
