This really smart American lady speaks about and reads passages from the Quran. She’s definitely worth listening to. And it’s not just in America. It’s in Britain. It’s all over Western civilisation. Islam is not here to integrate. It’s here to take over. If you actually take the time to read some of the extremism in the Quran, you will see they are very clear about their intentions and what they plan to do.

At BYU Education Week we discussed three spiritual applications of seeking wisdom and understanding as part of our lifelong learning efforts. First, we studied instructive scriptural passages which contain the words wisdom and understand. Second, we considered scriptural wisdom and understanding to place the current conversation about artificial intelligence (AI) in gospel context. Third, we discussed striving to incline our ears and apply our hearts to understand that Jesus Christ can bless and heal each of us. No matter what else you hear today, I hope you will hear that, in His time and way, every glorious blessing in the restored gospel of Jesus Christ is meant personally for you.

Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Ibn Ma'in, and Abu Dawud himself graded the narrator Sa'īd ibn Bashīr as weak. The chain of narration also includes Qatādah and al-Waīd ibn Muslim who practiced tadlīs (hiding defects in transmission), further contributing to its weakness. 4) there is absolutely nowhere in the Qur’an that obligates covering the head. Qur’an 24:31 explicitly only obligates covering the bosom for modesty. It does NOT explicitly obligate covering THE HEAD. The reason (‘illa) for modesty in covering the bosom was to differentiate from slave women, who used to be bare breasted during that time. So, the ruling revolves with its ‘illa (الحكم يدور مع علته وجودا و عدما) 5) All other Quran’ic passages relate NOT to head scarves, but to screens (Hijāb) behind which the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) wives were told to speak, “because they are not like other women” (33:32). Hence, talking from behind a screen (Hijāb) is obviously not for general application. These passages are explicit in their specificity (khās) to the Prophet’s wives, whereas 24:31 about covering the bosom is addressed to all believing women. 6) This poor girl is distressed because she’s been raised all her life by her parents to believe that this is a defining symbol of her faith. It is not. It is a disputed matter. We’ve just shown that. 7) Consequently, schools are permitted to set a school uniform, and so they should. This, as you say, is in a Muslim-majority country, so why are you, an American-born Muslim, bothered about their own interpretation of scripture (ijtihād)? 8) This is precisely why we do not have idols. A huge mobility leap for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. India’s largest and longest urban road tunnel, the Thane–Borivali Twin Tunnel Project, has just crossed a historic milestone. MMRDA has successfully completed the Thane-side portal excavation and lowered the 13.34-metre single-shield Tunnel Boring Machine cutterhead, the largest ever deployed in India for an urban infrastructure project. This milestone signals the start of the actual tunnelling phase of this pathbreaking project. The 11.8-kilometre underground twin tunnel will seamlessly connect Thane’s Ghodbunder Road with the Western Express Highway in Borivali, cutting travel time from 60–90 minutes to just 15 minutes, and redefining how lakhs of Mumbaikars move. Passing beneath the eco-sensitive Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the tunnels are being built using the most advanced TBM technology to ensure safe, efficient and eco-friendly construction with minimal ground disturbance. Each tunnel will feature three lanes, including a dedicated emergency lane, with cross-passages every 300 metres. The tunnels will be equipped with advanced ventilation systems, modern firefighting equipment, smoke detectors and illuminated LED signboards. Once completed, this landmark project will drastically reduce travel time, ease congestion, lower emissions and deliver a faster, cleaner and smarter commute for citizens. For some time, a deep burden has been growing in my heart. As a Jewish believer in Jesus, I cannot remain silent when I hear Christians claim that God is finished with my people – that Israel failed, the church took its place, and the promises God made to us no longer mean what they plainly say. I came to faith in Jesus without ever reading the New Testament. It was through the Hebrew Scriptures, particularly Isaiah, that I recognized my Messiah. After presenting the overwhelming evidence from those Scriptures in The Israel Decree, I was told by some that it was not enough. They demanded proof from the New Testament – from the words of Jesus and the apostles themselves. That challenge became deeply personal. It sent me back to Scripture with questions that reach far beyond Israel: How should we understand the relationship between the two Testaments? What did Jesus and the apostles actually teach about my people? And what does Israel’s story reveal about the character of God? One question, above all, stayed with me: If God could cancel His promises to Israel because of our failures, what would that mean for your confidence in His promises to you? That burden became my new book, God’s Irreplaceable People.
