This is so bad. No MMO should have "limited jobs". Why would I want to waste my time playing a job and getting pets when I can't even use the job on any normal/new content at all? We really need FFXI to just be remade at this point. FFXI did it right.

WoW has Hunter since launch, both GW1 and 2 have Ranger since launch and tons of classes have pets to summon, FFXI flatout has both Beastmaster and Blue Mage with no issue. I really don't get why FFXIV's devs swear this is impossible to do as a normal Job.

Great, limited - im not in the mood to play through recycled ARR content with a extra flavour again. Instead of this, money and effort could have gone into developing the endgame more and giving actual rewards with a structure that is fun to grind towards.

You guys haven't been listening to the players and it shows. This is a horrific step backwarrs to FFXI BST. Guess the bar is too high for Yoshi P and his devs. Damn shame, BST was genuinely one of the best jobs and now it's... limited, handicapped and ostracized from the game.

limited jobs are the worst things to come to ffxiv. such a waste of time and resources when they could be made into actual jobs.

Lvl 50 cap is a no for me, what a worthless way to introduce a new class....to have it capped at the base game.....so dumb

I have to say the level cap being 50 for it makes it really difficult to get even a little interested in beastmaster

Limited jobs are by far the most pointless thing ever added to games. Just make them full actually jobs.
