Musicians don't "hang up" being a musician. Genres of performing art have a natural set of variations as the performer and the original target audience age. It feels a bit more extreme with teen pop music like this. However, all one has to do is not buy a ticket to the show.

Why is it? If this was just a ballad singer with a guitar would you say the same thing? Is it because his group was pop? He can sing, he's having a great time, and he's bringing nostalgia & entertainment to a crowd who loved NSync and the songs (and he's getting paid!).
