Time to learn a few things from Islam.

In all these years of being a Hindu, Punjabi or whatever, if you couldn’t find all of these virtues in your own religion and had to look outwards, there’s something wrong with you. Maybe you became American too fast which led you to be confused. I am sure you used to call yourself an atheist for a long time and now discovering religion. Spare some time and find all of these in Sikhism, Hinduism too and enlighten us with your findings or spare us with your new found activism.

Even though you were once very famous and recognised, today you are confused and trying desperately hard to stay relevant. Sometimes you need to look inward first before finding looking outwards to find peace and happiness. It’s like swimming - if you paddle too fast thinking it will help you swim better, it will only sink you. A good swimmer channels inner focus and energy and becomes one with water. No matter how hard you try, you will always be a migrant American- never native. However hard you try, even if you adopt Christianity or Islam - you will always be a convert and will be seen like one. Your video would have been much more meaningful if you would have highlighted similarities in Hinduism, Sikhism, Islam and Christianity on the common virtues because all preach the same values. If you want I can easily draw the parallels for you. Happy learning.

The very statement “they” tells me that you have the wrong worldview. People are human first and religious later. Switching this order will help you see the light.

I have a larger world view. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. Their share in world population has increased from 19% in 1990 to 26% in 2020. Wait for another 50 years and see how they take over the world. That is their ultimate goal.
