Time to simplify this debate. What is one ball out, what is one cup out? ⬇️

Anybody that can play golf at any high level knows a “ball out” is edge of ball on edge of cup. This is only a debate for people that cant play golf and they cant hit a putt where they are looking anyway

💯 how it is, people are overthinking it like it was engineering. It’s golf terminology that has been standard for decades and although it might not make literal sense it is what it is. Just like you said “your ball is meant to replace the ball out.”
