I sit down with the kids each year and have them ask me questions or we discuss/debate different ideas about 9/11. My son particularly enjoys the “what if x was different” kind of thought experiment. End of the day, they have no concept of the world before that day and it’s on us to inform them the current status quo is not normal and can be improved on
