I can't sit straight for learning this much, mostly I get distracted to insta or random youtube videos

dont stuff so much complex things in your mind at once. i watch one half lecture and start building something around it. that way i understand the concept properly and also get the practical overview of it. then finish the other half of the lec, again start building. just watching lecs and making notes wont take you long. you'll get bored and then quit.

I did the exact same during covid (yes, including write notes just like that). I feel like MOOCs are easy to consume, because there's not much thinking required. Try building something using the concepts, that's where you'll actually learn and remember for longer.
