That restaurant was one of my favorites when I was stationed in Pensacola back in the mid 80’s! Great to see them still in business and taking care of Charlie.

My hope is that by engaging and liking this post that my true algorithm, one with far less divisiveness will find me. 🙏

Was about to be like isn't that normal but man they bought the man a new place and fixed it up god bless them . I do feel like it is normal to check up if a decade long customer just stops. Especially at his age.

This story is a testimony. The word 'testimony' comes from a root word which means 'do again' Because when a person sees this story, spiritual nutrients are deposited in that person . . . that stirs up the desire to look for opportunities to repeat those actions in their own community May the virtuous cycle continue . . .

I worked at Papa Gino’s as a kid and we had a customer like Charlie. He’d come at the same time every afternoon for a his cup of ice coffee. I don’t even know if Papa Gino’s served iced coffee or if we did just for him. Jim was his name. I just thought about him a few days ago.
