The US will receive money collected from the Gordie Howe Bridge, prior to Canada recouping the full $6.4 billion it paid to build it, two senior government sources have told Global News. This is despite Mark Carney saying the US would get what was "left over" after Canada serviced debt on the bridge, which the Americans contributed $0 to. The two sources told Global News, the new 15 year agreement stipulates Canada will get 100% of the revenue from the bridge, cash that will be used to pay for things like snow removal and other maintenance costs but not for debt servicing. The money left over, will be split 50/50 with the Americans, who have agreed to put their cut, into an American controlled regional economic development fund. The original deal signed in 2012, said that Canada was to receive 100% of the money from the bridge, until they were made whole for fronting the entire cost of the crossing, a timeline that was estimated to stretch over 50+ years. Once the 15 year side deal is completed the Liberals say the original financial terms come back into force but they have not released the text of what they say is an "agreement in principle" to back up any claims up. On Thursday, Carney said that Canada is "not splitting the tolls of the bridge. It is an agreement for 15 years to split net revenues. Splitting of tolls, any sharing of the toll, won’t happen until all of the debt is repaid." While Carney is correct in saying Canada is not splitting tolls, the overwhelming major of the revenue from the Gordie Howe Bridge, comes from the tolls it collects, revenue Canada is set to share with the US. Both sources indicated it's expected bridge expenses will exceed revenue for at least the first six years, meaning neither side would get money during that period, but that timeline could fluctuate based on the amount of traffic on the bridge #cdnpoli

Candace met Farage in 2017 or 2018 at CPAC. Her memory varies on who she’s talking to. April 2018 Candace spent a wonderful evening with Farage. I bet she did. Was George with him? Was this where the meetings first started about the alliance? George and Candace magically meet by chance in December of 2018. She had never heard of George before? Really Candace? George had never been brought up to you for months? Even though he was working with Farage closely and funding him? Mappin who is also great friends with Farage is texting Charlie and Candace about coming many times about coming over. And how Russia/China and the US should work together. We’ve already discussed the multipolar theory of Dugin and how he’s involved. Screen shot below. Candace then makes them plane reservations without Charlies knowledge to get them over to the UK. They go and the alliance is started. When George came over to spend 3 days Farage came too. And says he played Cupid? First time I found Farage came with George. FKR continues to push the idea that Jennifer McCabe should have run into 34 Fairview to wake up Brian Albert the night John O’Keefe was found unresponsive in the snow. But let’s break down the actual timeline to see if that was even remotely feasible. When Jennifer McCabe got out of Kerry Roberts' car and saw that it was John O'Keefe lying there, she describes a moment of shock - locking eyes with Kerry and then snapping into action realizing she needed to call 911. That call was placed at 6:03:47 AM (see call log). After connecting, she was transferred from the initial dispatcher to Norwood, then to Canton PD, and finally to Canton Fire repeating the details at each step. While on the phone, as you can hear on the call, Jen also gathered blankets for Kerry to place under John's head. The 911 call lasted 3 minutes and 32 seconds, ending at 6:07:19 AM. After hanging up, Jennifer took over CPR for Kerry, who had been kneeling in the snow and was starting to lose feeling in her legs (see clip). We know from footage that Officer Saraf arrived on the scene at about 6:10:00 AM (see dispatch log and testimony in clip). Jen testified that she saw his spotlight coming down 34 Fairview and waved him down. So, what does that timeline tell us? Between hanging up with 911 at 6:07:19 AM and Officer Saraf’s arrival at about 6:10:00 AM, only 2 minutes and 41 seconds passed. In that window we have to also include Jen performing chest compressions on John. We know that at some point Kerry took over chest compressions again as Jen was the one to wave down Officer Saraf. So let’s just split the 2 minutes and 41 seconds in half to be fair and conservatively estimate 1 minute and 20 seconds of CPR for Jen, though it was likely longer. That leaves her roughly 1 minute and 21 seconds to sprint into the house, wake Brian Albert, give him time to register what was happening and get back outside without missing her chance to wave down Officer Saraf. Could she have managed that? Realistically, no. While on the phone, as you can hear on the call, Jen also gathered blankets for Kerry to place under John's head. The 911 call lasted 3 minutes and 32 seconds, ending at 6:07:19 AM. After hanging up, Jennifer took over CPR for Kerry, who had been kneeling in the snow and was starting to lose feeling in her legs (see clip). We know from footage that Officer Saraf arrived on the scene at about 6:10:00 AM (see dispatch log and testimony in clip). Jen testified that she saw his spotlight coming down 34 Fairview and waved him down. So, what does that timeline tell us? Between hanging up with 911 at 6:07:19 AM and Officer Saraf’s arrival at about 6:10:00 AM, only 2 minutes and 41 seconds passed. In that window we have to also include Jen performing chest compressions on John. We know that at some point Kerry took over chest compressions again as Jen was the one to wave down Officer Saraf. So let’s just split the 2 minutes and 41 seconds in half to be fair and conservatively estimate 1 minute and 20 seconds of CPR for Jen, though it was likely longer. That leaves her roughly 1 minute and 21 seconds to sprint into the house, wake Brian Albert, give him time to register what was happening and get back outside without missing her chance to wave down Officer Saraf. Could she have managed that? Realistically, no.
