🚨 Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah's "we will ri*p you apart" comment in Patanjali case enrages present & former Judges. "Such comment could never be part of the obiter dicta lexicon of a constitutional court judge" - they said to Times of India Notably, The bench has also rejected Patanjali's apology & tore into the Uttarakhand licensing authority for not acting against Patanjali for so long. It is also not satisfied with the Centre's reply in the matter.

@TimesAlgebraIND This case is not against the FMCG of Patanjali. It is about ayurvedic medicine. None of this brand claims to heal any major ailments. None of these brands ignored multiple orders to stop their advertisement. Don't connect two arbitrary situations.

@TimesAlgebraIND Words used by judge is unacceptable.

@TimesAlgebraIND @barandbench @LiveLawIndia Should be asked to honourable judges for all misguided advertising by multinational brands Why no action on them

@TimesAlgebraIND Brother you Forgot this 🥲✌️

@TimesAlgebraIND Every auto mobile company promoting car by showing top model with price of base model average of petrol etc... No bournvita, horlics person ever won a single medal for country Dream 11 etc legalising gambling No actor or actress use fairness brands or shampoos in daily

@TimesAlgebraIND @PMOIndia Why don’t Supreme Court act on these? If so committed towards the betterment of society! @narendramodi ???

@TimesAlgebraIND Why some people are trying to trying to save Patanjali. If they are finding something wrong in other products then they can file a suit against them. There is no point in giving examples of other products. People against SC are people against constitution and India

@TimesAlgebraIND all harmful products are allowed in india which are banntin other countries our food isleection committee is sleeping

@TimesAlgebraIND I always support Patanjali.

@TimesAlgebraIND We also want you to do research on other brands that are not Patanjali. And let us know which products are serving their purpose.
