Design Engineering Tip Your tooltip doesn’t always end up where you placed it? When it reaches the viewport edge, the browser automatically chooses a fallback position. Anchored Container Queries let your CSS detect that chosen position, so your tooltip can animate from the correct direction. @ container anchored(fallback: flip-block) { .tooltip { animation-name: slide-from-top; } }

Drop the high reps and endless volume for four to six heavy reps, with at least three rest days a week, and the first month feels like getting away with something. For years you buried yourself under a fatigue that never fully cleared. Every session started a little tired. Every set performed on a muscle still repairing the last beating. Your strongest fibres, the fast-twitch ones carrying nearly all the growth potential, are the first to switch off when you're run down, so you were barely reaching them at all. Take the volume away, give the body real time to recover, and that fatigue finally lifts. The fibres that were hiding come back online. The weights jump. You walk in fresh and walk out stronger, week after week, and assume it's a fluke that will surely end soon. It doesn't end. It feels like a honeymoon because it is one. You spent years married to the fatigue and mistook it for the work.

Picture this... It's a rainy April night... The game has entered a rain delay... A video appears on the scoreboard... And all feels right.

What’s new, NFL Officiating is a joke. Clearly miss a delay of game and phantom DPI against the Colts. Gene Steratore said that was a bad sequence by the officials.

my bot doesn't predict bitcoin it just waits for polymarket to catch up to binance spot price moves, polymarket takes 2-3 seconds to reprice agent buys the lag, waits 5 minutes, collects 288 windows per day. every single day trading bots pulled $60M on polymarket last year 77% from exactly this one inefficiency most traders ask "will btc go up?" - wrong question "how long until polymarket catches up?" - that's the one that pays $130 to $14,400 in 47 days not from predicting btc correctly. from timing a 2-second delay Bookmark to copy strategy to your Bot later gap resets every 5 minutes doesn't care about your macro thesis

My favorite character is the reaper guy. he is very powerfull. special move, honestly is one of the best in the game and so he comes equipped with these two revolvers and only takes about 3 or 4 shots to actually execute a kill so it comes really in handy specially when you come from the side.
