A lot of African countries watch Nollywood content a lot like a lot and it’s not your Netflix-style movies either. They watch the Me Ivy and Aki and paw paw content more. The YouTube and Asaba Nollywood content have large viewership than the “Wedding parties” across Africa

Lol! You expect Timini to be more popular than Zubby before? Zubby's catalog no be here... With all those Africa Magic flicks - I mean, the audience is massive.

Lol Outside Nigeria, the “cinema” actors are relatively unknown. The Nollywood the world know is the so called “Asaba Nollywood”. Many of the side acts in the Asaba Nollywood are far more popular than many A-List Lagos based actors. Not to talk of popular ones like Zubby. Fact!

Joe Lonsdale: The people in charge of the sociology department at Yale and the education school at Stanford are still god**mn socialists who hate business and are bad for our civilization. But they've learned not to say certain things... A lot of people say, 'Oh, I'm not hearing this stuff anymore. It must be gone.' It's not gone. It's going to come out again as soon as they win. ZUBY: interviews Joe Lonsdale for Real Talk with Zuby Zuby: I feel like there's a change that is happening over the last couple of years with the pendulum starting to swing back. Joe: It's happening in some areas and others. Zuby: How do you see it? Joe: A lot of this, again, is tied to Marxists and socialists who are actively plotting to take over institutions. That's what they've done for the last 60 years. There's the very famous march through the institutions... I thought it was a conspiracy theory when I first heard about it. But it's very clear they've done this very successfully. And you can think of it almost like a virus... In this case, I think the virus has learned to hide itself... A lot of the people who run all of these conquered institutions haven't changed. The people in charge of the sociology department at Yale and the people in charge of the education school at Stanford are still godd*mn socialists who hate businesses and who are bad for our civilization. But they've learned not to say certain things. They've learned not to very publicly and openly say, 'We shouldn't have advanced math anymore,' which is what the education department in general is doing. They're going around getting rid of advanced math for equity purposes... A lot of people say, 'Oh, I'm not hearing this stuff anymore. It must be gone.' It's not frickin gone. It's going to come out again as soon as they win, as soon as they feel like they're safe. But right now they're hiding. I think it's hiding everywhere.

Let me state up front that these two plays were NOT the reason St. John's lost yesterday. And I am a numbers guy so no need to tell me about our shooting stats in the game. But I need to vent. We knew Arkansas over their prior 8 games was making a concerted effort to get to the free throw line - they averaged 26.5 free throws over this 8 game period. In the 10 games prior to this 8 game period, Arkansas averaged 19.3 free throws attempts per game - right in line with D1 average per game. The coaching staff gave a clear direction to our players prior to the game - wall up with your hands in the air and maintain verticality. I am including two clips here of just that in which the Arkansas player initiated contact, Zuby and Kadary went straight up with their hands in the air, and Arkansas was rewarded with two trips to the free throw line. In the first clip, St. John's had a 4 point lead with 2 minutes to go in the first half with momentum as Arkansas hadn't made a field goal in 3 minutes. Zuby does exactly what he was instructed when Boogie Fland initiated contact and the baseline ref who is 6 feet away from the action does not blow his whistle, but another ref does award Boogie Fland two free throws. That started a 7-0 run for Arkansas and they went into the half with a 3 point lead. I can't provide enough words on the second clip on just how unjust it was to have a late whistle call on Kadary going straight up in the air and getting his fifth foul called on him with 6:28 to play. Kadary was limited to just 16 minutes of play in the entire game because of foul trouble. And as a reminder, I will end this post with how I started it. These two plays were NOT the reason St. John's lost yesterday.

Rwanda showing the rest of Africa the way . Driving test ? Well driving test in Rwanda is electronically monitored like in VAR. Rwanda GDP is hardly $15B which means size is relative . You can modernize and make tangible progress with what you have. Wasting public resources is not tolerated in Rwanda let alone stealing. In my recent visit to Rwanda a cop flagged our driver and brought to his attention that he had ticket penalty to address. It was all available on a tablet and same info was shared with our driver. The traffic offence was committed in Kigali and we were stopped in Nyungwe. It's like Nairobi and Timbaroa. We were never asked , tuende mbele utajieleza station. The tour driver was actually Kenyan who has lived in Rwanda for the past 9 years. We were never profiled as a bunch of Kenyans. A week later in Malindi , one of our tour drivers forgot to carry his driving license, left it in anothwr jacket. The entire Rosa with 20 international tourists were directed to go to Malindi police stations. They were released after wasting 50 minutes at a police station. The cops did not want even to allow the visitors to be dropped and driver to go back to the station. Well do you now see why it will be very hard for Kenya to take the leap , we simply have pockets of mediocrity in many places driven by nothing but corruption. It is said once you wash your hand you can join the kings at the high table. Pole Kenya we are yet to wash our hands. God bless Rwanda to help them show Africa the way . Your excellency Paul Kagame Keep walking the talk. It is said talk is cheap . As always I choose to remain an optimist.

🎙️Unapologetically Yourself: The Courage to Speak & Be Different Ep. 111 with ZUBY: My guest today is Zuby, a British-Nigerian rapper, author, podcaster, and public speaker, raised in Saudi Arabia and known for building an independent career outside traditional gatekeepers. We sit down in El Salvador’s National Palace to talk about why money doesn’t create courage, it only amplifies the character you already have, and why simply telling obvious truths has somehow become “brave” in modern society. Zuby reflects on speaking out during COVID-era, the incentives that keep public figures silent, and how courage is a muscle that either grows through use or atrophies through avoidance. We also explore the monetary crossroads ahead: Bitcoin as self-sovereign digital money vs. CBDCs as programmable control, the coming decentralization of states and culture, and why most people struggle to engage with money at all. Zuby argues that learning Bitcoin is one of the best time-ROIs you can make, and makes the case for a simple first step: get off zero. Finally, we go deeper into faith, the “black pill” trap, and why hope, meaning, and urgency come from remembering we don’t live forever. → Please like, comment, share & follow - to help me beat the suppressing big tech algorithms & gov. censorship.
