I’m hearing a lot of people struggling with believing this trans person calling from the death of all Jews is serious. Y’all haven’t spent time in spaces with this new generation of trans people. This resin art makes me want to try it myself. The thick magenta pink resin looks so rich when it’s poured around the edges of the flower mold, then combined with clear resin in the center, creating a semi-transparent and shiny finish. They are paying $834,000 more than you can order them off Amazon per home. ‌ For that much money, you should be able to buy 335 tiny homes. Even if you weren't buying them in bulk, if you just went to the website and ordered 1 at a time, you could get 335 of these tiny homes for the same price that the California government is paying for 1. Think about it this way, California. It is estimated that you have about a 160,000 homeless people. And over the last 4 years, your government claims you have spent $17 billion trying to house them. ‌ Do understand that if you had bought every single one of those 160,000 people a tiny home, not just once, but you bought them 1 every year for the last 5 years, like, they got a brand new tiny home every every single year, you still would have only spent about $2.5 billion You would have spent nearly $15 billion less by just buying them a new tiny home every year. But, no, you're spending $837,000 for something I can go to Amazon and get for $2,500. You are spending 330 times what the average American can get that tiny home for. Some songs are bookmarks in your life. Pukarta Chala Hoon Main is one of mine. In our university days, matinee shows were a luxury we could afford only discounted tickets, old movies, and friends with all the time in the world. One of these movies happened to be Mere Sanam, and like everyone else I was enchanted. Beauteous Asha Parekh in that lovely pink suit, cycling effortlessly through the hills while Biswajeet followed in his jeep, singing Pukarta Chala Hoon Main. I never imagined that a few days later that song would come looking for me. One winter evening I was cycling back home from university through the cantonment. Barely eighteen. Darkness fell early. Leaves rustled in the trees and a thick fog descended. My pink sweater was damp with mist, my hands freezing, the familiar road suddenly strange. Spooked, I rummaged for prayers. All I could find was this song. Then cinema worked its magic. In my mind I wasn’t a frightened girl on a bicycle anymore. I had become Asha Parekh in that pink suit. Somewhere behind me my knight in shining armour was driving that jeep, singing Pukarta Chala Hoon Main. Silly? Perhaps. But it gave me courage. I smiled to myself and sang under my breath as I pedalled through the fog. By the time I reached home Dad was pacing the lawn, worried how late I was. The song stopped. I smiled to myself and sang under my breath as I pedalled through the fog. By the time I reached home Dad was pacing the lawn, worried how late I was. The song stopped. Then I remembered the Hanuman Chalisa and promptly switched playlists. 😂 Some songs don’t just entertain us. They walk us home.

🐥💛 I honestly didn’t expect Felix to come all the way to this side, but our sunshine angel went around every corner and made sure to visit even those of us at the very back 🥹✨ And then he gave us a selfie too 😭💛 I’m so, so thankful.
