@Levisonwood You might be interested to know that @TCVtweets have launched their free trees campaign again. Lots of our local community areas/schools have benefitted from this.

First stop cutting down trees, preserve existing forests, allow natural regeneration and wilding and stop mowing

a tree in every back yard could too.

Instead of "squeezing" tiny forests, get rid of mega cities. Urban development is the plague. #Degrow NOW!

Justice Jawad Hassan in Lahore high court has given a landmark judgment regarding urban forest policy in province of Punjab (Pakistan) and urged the schools colleges to plant the trees in their grounds and parking areas

Love it My house is surrounded by native plants so I feel I am doing just a little 🫵

@TheStephenRalph Believe the innovative @herdyshepherd1 has used the same principle on his farm and producing excellent results from what I saw on The Lakes with Simon Reeve

Wind turbines kill off insect populations. and bats. Turbines kill many birds of prey. Turbines are murderous inefficient hulks that can't be properly recycled.

Nice idea in principle but as it’s sponsored by WEF, you won’t see any food in the forests they promote! Better to have a food forest, based on permaculture principles with an abundance of food for all!

@DrastikPlastik Food forests should count too.
