Very satisfying to watch, however, the 'Le Locle' model is a 2003's one. It is Tissot, the brand, that was founded in 1853. Best and keep the profile's content coming in high quality like this!

1853 is only the date of the brand

Nice restoration, but the watch is not from 1853. This is the year the company was founded. The watch is much younger. Automatic watches were patented in 1923 (not by Tissot), and the first wristwatches appeared in 1904.
