Nothing to do with balanced, they just finally gave Titans a boss where they can use their supers to their fullest - instead of not even being able to reach them ... eg the Witness :P.

NOPE, this is just a boss which lets glacial quake unleash it's full potential just as it does in Riven. If ppl keep saying Titan is OP because of this one boss and that leads to them nerfing Titan I'm gonna crash out

bruh titans were always capable of that glacial quake is the strongest super in the game it's just super situational and this situation was perfect for it

But hey lets keep nerfing hunters
