Wake Up NJ Speech from Trenton today in the Assembly Appropriations Committee on Bill A5267 How are you doing members of the committee, My name is Michael from Wake Up New Jersey, Bill A5267 means to procure and incentivize transmission-scale energy storage for "renewables" such as solar and wind How is this being funded? Well through your NJ electric bills! Starting July 1st 2027, a "minimum" of $60M will be collected via the societal benefits charges or SBC Might be asking yourself, what's an SBC? When first digging into why our bills were so high in February this year I had no idea, but They are hidden charges in your electric bills to pay for mostly pet projects The Board of Public Utilities or BPU, recommends the SBC funding level for 2025 to be?......anyone here know? It's over $344M per year in our NJ electric bills Why don't we go over a few these programs, Ever Heard of Charge Up New Jersey? It's a program that gives folks up to $4,250 dollars for buying Electric Vehicles and chargers. This is costing NJ residents over $30 million dollars a year in their electric bills How about 'It Pay$ to Plug In', this program has spent $100M since 2012 on EV chargers in your electric Bill! This program cost ratepayers $27M this year alone as an SBC Per year Electric Vehicle Programs total $82.5M, Clean Energy Equity costs us $16.6M, NJ Wind total $22M and Energy Storage is currently costing the rate payers $29.5M per year, just to stress again this bill your voting on today will jump it up to $60M a year at a minimum! More than double it's current total Why is all this in our New Jersey Electric Bills? Want to know the real problem NJ? Democrats here have been pillaging your pockets, nickel and diming you year after year for pet projects in your electric bills. Now with the rake hikes happening, they are frantically trying to steamroll multiple bills in committees in an effort to deflect from the main issue Since 2017 - 6 power plants have closed totaling over half our power here in NJ, Democrats championed coal and nuclear plants being shut down, betting on Windfarms that never happened, this is a huge reason our electric bills are so high here, we need sensible solutions, not a green agenda storage push that caused this mess New Jersey residents pay over $8,100 more per year than the average American Household on their bills and pay around $700 more per month in overall bills compared to the national average My handle receives so many messages, comments, concerns from citizens that are struggling daily, some working 2 to 3 jobs, this state is becoming more unaffordable each and every day, and bills coming out of this Legislature that add to that burden, are not good for the hardworking people of New Jersey We are already hurting with the worst property and corporate taxes, one of the worst income and gas tax rates, and the absolute worst overall tax burden at over 54% of your lifetime earnings being syphoned from our NJ residents How much more do you want to take from us? How do you justify so much money hidden in our electric bills yearly? This endless spending path is unsustainable, we need more money in our pockets, not less Voting yes for this literally raises our electric bills yet again, is that really what you want to do to the people of NJ? Thank you Any questions? Or comments?

this OpenClaw🦞 agent replaced my $8K/month content strategist for $30 😱 i'll show you EXACTLY how to build it live with The Boring Marketer vibe marketers. here's the system: step 1: scan 1000s+ creators for outlier signals → virlo watches your niche 24/7 → it finds outlier videos that beat the creator's OWN average by 10x-50x. → last week it flagged a 51x outlier. 4,800 avg views. one video: 249,000. step 2: pull the raw evidence → Adrian | The Web Scraping Guy 's ScrapeCreators fetches the full package → thumbnail, caption, stats, creator context → this gives the AI everything it needs to analyze. step 3: break down WHY it worked (7 dimensions) → Content DNA runs each video through Gemini 3 Flash via @OpenRouterAI → topic, angle, hook structure (visual + text + spoken), story beats, visual format, key visuals, audio → the output is a "brick." the portable structure that made people stop scrolling. step 4: rank the reusable bricks → OpenClaw🦞 compares all 10 breakdowns → scores each brick by portability and frequency → bricks showing up across 3+ creators = highest confidence bets step 5: generate 10 concepts in your voice + 3 psychology frameworks → learns your voice so output sounds like you → then runs every concept through Puppet Strings (desire), Scroll Traps (attention), and Care to Click (action) → you hit emotion and desire. not just features. every hook is copy-paste ready. step 6: delivers 10 concepts every monday at 8am → cron runs the whole pipeline overnight → pick 3. film. post. done. input: your niche output: 10 proven content concepts every monday a GOOD content strategist costs $8-10K/month. this runs for ~$30/month in API costs. on march 12, me and The Boring Marketer vibe marketing community are building this system live: - brand voice file - content radar scanning your niche - content DNA breaking it down - weekly cron, scheduled and firing you leave with a running system (not a repo to figure out later) comment VIEWS + like + follow (must follow so i can DM you the link to join)

🚨 Rebel News LIVE! is back this fall in THREE cities! Rebel News LIVE! is coming to Calgary on Oct. 31, Vancouver on Nov. 14 and Toronto on Nov. 21. Get your early bird tickets now before it's too late! I've got a big announcement. Rebel News Live is back this fall, and we're coming to three cities: Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. Rebel News Live will be in Calgary on Saturday, October 31 at the Carriage House Hotel and Conference Centre. Then, we're heading to Vancouver on Saturday, November 14. And then it's on to Toronto, where we'll be at the Canada Christian College in Whitby on November 21. Three cities, three incredible days, and I want to see you there. Now, if you've never been to one of our live events before, let me tell you what it's like, because I genuinely believe there's nothing else like it in Canada. We've been doing these gatherings for years, and every single time without fail, the thing people tell me afterwards, the thing they remember most isn't any particular speech, as good as the speeches are. It's the feeling in the room. It's walking in and realizing you are surrounded by hundreds of Canadians who think the way you think, who care about the things you care about, who've been watching the same stories you've been watching and asking the same questions you've been asking. People who have felt, frankly, a little bit alone in their communities and who suddenly realized they are not alone at all. That is what Rebel News Live is. It's a convention. It's a family reunion of sorts. It's a day where you get to be yourself completely without apology, and once you've experienced it, you keep coming back. Our attendees know what I mean. We have regulars. Now, who's going to be there this fall? I'll be there. Sheila Gunn Reed will be there. Tamara Lich will be there, and the Rebel News team will be joining us. Over the coming weeks, we'll be announcing some additional very special guest speakers, and trust me, you're going to want to hear who's coming. Stay tuned. Here's what the day looks like. Doors open at 8 a.m. in the morning with a light breakfast, then a full slate of speeches and panel discussions, the kind of conversations you would never see on the CBC. After that, it's a catered lunch, more speakers in the afternoon, and for VIP ticket holders, an exclusive dinner with me, Sheila, Tamara, and our guests at the end of the night. And in between all that, we've got a full merchandise store on site. There will be Rebel News toques and hoodies and mugs and books, and yes, I will be there to sign them. We'll have other sponsors and exhibitor booths from some of the best freedom-oriented businesses and organizations in the country, people you want to know about causes worth supporting and groups doing the real work on the issues that matter. It's worth showing up early to spend some time at those booths before the speeches begin. It's the best gathering of freedom-minded Canadians anywhere in the country. I've been saying that for years and I keep saying it because it keeps being true. Now, I need to be straight with you about one thing, these events sell out every single year without exception. If you wait too long, you will not get in. I've seen it happen — I don't want it to happen to you. So, here's what I need you to do right now. Go to and get your tickets at the early bird price, because that price will not be around forever. Calgary on October 31, Vancouver on November 14, Toronto on November 21. Pick your city, pick your date, and get your seats locked in before they're gone. There's nothing quite like spending a full day in a room full of Canadians who actually get it. People who've been watching, who've been following along, who are in this fight with us. I'll see you there.

12 hours ago I made the decision to fly out to El Salvador to be the first ever to make an AI generated short film for a country. I’m now 4 hours away from arriving there. (Talk about executing fast) I will take my time writing this message because the reason why has layers. A few months ago I founded ARQ and bootstrapped a platform that lets anyone create high-quality AI productions from start to finish. the best models a multi-agent creative assistant a built-in video editor All in one place. Alongside the product, I’ve built a strong community where I livestream daily, teaching creators how to use AI to tell better stories and get paid for their work. Shortly after we got dozens of offers to make commercials for companies. This was fun, until we came to the conclusion that we were wasting a lot of potential by focussing on companies, while we could also tell the story of nations, movements, communities and narratives that the world needs to hear. So we’re starting with El Salvador. Why? Because Nayib Bukele is one of the most inspiring leaders in the world, not only embracing, but embodying change, turning the country from one of the most dangerous places on earth, to one of the safest and innovation friendly nations. Humanity is experiencing a shift. New technology, new philosophies, new artists, new story tellers, new builders. A new world. So the argument is not AI vs. Non AI. The argument is: Soul Vs. Soulless Pro Human vs. Anti Human Building Vs. Gambling Effort Vs. Effortless This is what ARQ stands for. Not just a SaaS but a safe haven for the soul. It feels like my moral responsibility to speak not only for the AI community but for every human creator. So I decided to do something that requires so much effort and human involvement; no one can deny that AI serves only as a tool in the process. Instead of making 100 commercials for companies, I want to prove what 2 young humans can do with balls and the tools available today. “You can just do things” Yesterday evening me and Ya-Sirr D left our comfortable office in Dubai and are now on our way to El Salvador. The goal: to create a 3-5 Minute AI powered short film telling THEIR story. We will spend every day live streaming, showcasing the process of creating the video while pushing the boundaries of every tool available on the market. Think Google DeepMind , Hailuo AI (MiniMax), Kling AI, Reve, Midjourney, xAI All through ARQ. Who knows who we inspire? Who knows who we meet? We might as well end up meeting the president himself. We want to get to know the country, its people and imagine its future. We want to visit innovative projects in El Salvador, hear the stories of it’s citizens and include them in the video: MURPHSLIFE Stacy Herbert 🇸🇻🚀 @BuildSalvador The Bitcoin Office Bitcoin Beach Anyone who can help us tell the story. Not just any story, one of the most inspiring stories of the past 10 years. Like I said. You can just do things. We have to stop thinking in steps. I know where I will be in 30 days if I stay in the office. More followers. More beta testers. More live streams. More revenue. But by taking this leap of faith. We can be a case study. An inspiration. An ARQ. I remove expectations and increase chances of special things happening. If anyone in El Salvador has any recommendations on who and what places I should visit, send me a DM. We will post updates on X and create an entire “vlog/documentary” for youtube. Join the discord for daily live streams and lessons on how to improve your creation skills. We expect that it will take 7-9 days to finish the entire short film. It will be posted on all social platforms. ARQ. A safe haven for the soul.

Long post, please kindly read them. it would just take less than 2 minute of your time. A Midnight Call 26 Oct 2024 It was 2 a.m., the world outside silent and still. I was bone-tired from a grueling day, my head heavy with the weight of it all. I’d just slipped into sleep when my phone suddenly buzzed, vibrating insistently on the bedside table. At first, I ignored it, thinking it could wait until morning. But then it rang again, and something in its persistence made me pick up. “Hello?” I answered, my voice feeble with exhaustion. “Is this Advocate Ashwin?” A man's voice, firm yet urgent, came through the line. “Yes” I tried to shake the sleep from my voice. “This is Shivakumar, Sub Inspector from **** police station” he said, his tone grave. Instantly, I sat up, alert. “Tell me, sir. How can I help?” “We’re on the highway,” he began, voice thick with a mix of anger and sadness. “We found a young street calf, hardly a 5 months old. He was hit by a speeding vehicle, left to cry and bleed on the road. But that wasn’t the end of it,” he said, voice tight with contained rage. “Another vehicle came and hit him again, dragged him some distance, and left him there, barely breathing.” A surge of anger rose within me at the cruelty of it all, but I pushed it down. I had to act quickly. “Sir, please, can you have one of your men stay by him until we arrive?” I asked. “I’ll send a vehicle right away.” The Sub Inspector didn’t hesitate. “Yes, we’ll stay with him. He’s suffering. He needs us.” I quickly arranged for a team to be dispatched. By the time we reached the calf, the compassionate officers were there, standing guard by the frail figure lying on the road. He was so small, barely 4 month old and his breaths were shallow. His eyes, wide with pain and fear, were searching—perhaps for some kindness, some solace. The officers and our staff lifted him with the utmost care, placing him onto a plank, and our vehicle sped back to the gaushala. Our veterinary team had been waiting, ready with bandages and medicine, their faces showing both worry and determination. Gently, they began to examine him, murmuring soothing words, treating each bruise and wound as if it were their own. We all prayed intensely to Sri Krishna to help us recover the calf. Though he was bruised and had torn ligaments, thankfully no bones were broken. But the journey wasn’t over yet. For days, he lay in recovery, eyes watching us, filled with a fragile hope. Slowly, day by day, he began to show signs of strength, taking tiny steps, even nibbling on food placed before him. today , it’s been a week since that call pierced the silence of the night. Our little calf is beginning to stand on his own, determined, with a spark in his eyes that wasn’t there before. His journey has been painful, but he’s coming through it, one small step at a time. In the stillness of that night, a life was saved because of the compassion of strangers—of officers, vets, and everyone who believed in his right to live. Watching him now, I’m reminded of the incredible power of kindness, even in the loneliest hours. This wouldn't have been possible without your support and blessings of Krishna!. But what's in store for the drivers who sped away without having one bit of remorse? hell? or worse than that?

I’m on a plane back from a week in Los Angeles and some lessons there shocked me. I met w/ a billionaire, Bryan Johnson, a top 10 podcaster, an A24 movie exec, and a Presidential candidate. 12 learnings from too many meetings to count in Hollywood: 1. LA is not dead. Far from it. I ran into 5 people who I needed to meet with at one hotel in 4 days. The epicenter of media may be disaggregating to Austin, NY and globally... but the density is still here. 2. Bryan Johnson is now one of my favorite humans. I hung with him at his house, tried his 20,000 crunches in 30 minutes machine, and talked about the purpose of life. The internet is a sad state that they don’t give him more credit. 3. Digital media today is like distributed news before cable news. We are at a tipping point for expansion in this digital industry. It feels somehow played out to those of us in it, but it’s just starting. 4. Hollywood is watching creators and UGC closely. I met w/ one exec who said in the not so distant future Netflix will have UGC on it. 5. may be this generation's Anthony Bourdain for thinking. I sat down with him and I think the work he’s doing on youtube is going to be something to watch... closely. 6. Buying boring businesses is not at all interesting to those in LA. BUT - asset accumulation and portfolios are. They buy assets (film rights, etc) all day. They are starting to think about the business of celebrities, creators and their work similar to how I think of investment management. 7. LA is a tale of two cities. I spoke at the convention center that was surrounded by derelict minority businesses and houses, then hung out at private members-only clubs that are all over West Hollywood where Lebron, Chris Voss and all the big timers play. The two places are 10 minutes away but an absolute world apart. 8. The mental health and drug crisis is out of control. Stroll along a downtown street and zombie after zombie trails. I saw people shitting and eating next to one another and across from a Starbucks. I asked our corporate host if this was “normal?” They replied, you stop noticing it after awhile. 9. Offices are completely empty. A friend got an office space for 50% off and more than 40% of the highrise is unoccupied. How odd that home prices are high, housing is really tough to come by, but office space is a blue ocean. 10. Met up with Tulsi Gabbard 🌺, a friend who was traveling to the border to see the situation live. I am grateful to have people fight for the truth even when it is unpopular. We need more leaders like her. 11. Every time I meet with a billionaire I realize all over again that to achieve that level of wealth, you cannot be normal. Truly. He’s weirdly comfortable with discomfort and complete lack of people pleasing. 12. The more I learn about the Kardashians in some ways, the more I respect them. I got the onion peeled back on their business dealings and they are some of the smartest dealmakers I’ve ever seen. Also I hate saying it because I believe gender games are net negative, but I wonder if they’d get so much hate if they weren’t females? I liked the idea of keeping a travel diary like my friend GREG ISENBERG does… Otherwise these moments pass like sand through my fingers. What do you think? The Masters is one of my favorite sporting events, and its 88-year history brings some great traditions. Here's a running list of the most interesting facts: 1. Media tickets (badges) have RFID tags inside them so the club knows where each person is at all times. 2. Even players who miss the cut at the Masters still walk away with a $10,000 check. 3. A 5-bedroom home near Augusta will rent for $30,000+ during Masters week, and brands often pay six figures for larger homes where they can host events. 4. The IRS has a special exemption in the tax code called the "Augusta Rule," allowing homeowners to rent out their homes for 14 days per year without paying taxes on the income. This rule was initially implemented for Augusta residents only but is now available to everyone in the United States. 5. The Masters will do $70 million in merchandise sales this week. That's... • $10 million per day • $1 million per hour • $16,000 per minute • $277 per second The merchandise is so popular because you can only buy it at Augusta (aka no online sales). 6. In 1931, Augusta National was purchased for $70,000— or an inflation-adjusted $1.4 million. However, the property is now valued at over $200 million. 7. Augusta National has quietly been expanding over the years, spending more than $200 million (through an array of LLCs) to buy 100+ properties. Augusta has purchased strip malls, restaurants, apartment complexes, and homes, adding 270+ acres to the property and often paying 3-4x their value. 8. Augusta National is debuting "Map & Flag" at this year's tournament. The premium hospitality offering isn't even on the property — it was built in a strip mall down the street that Augusta acquired for $26 million in 2020 — yet they were able to charge $17,000 per ticket (+ week-long badges) and have completely sold out. 9. The concession stand food is wrapped in green packaging, so it can't be seen on TV if someone litters. 10. Someone once found a green jacket in a Canadian thrift store. They purchased the jacket for $5, and it later sold at auction for $140,000. 11. Magnolia Lane is exactly 330 yards long, with 61 trees on each side. 12. Augusta's clubhouse has a wine cellar with 30+ pages of the world's most exclusive wines. 13. Previous Masters champions gather every year for dinner on the Tuesday before the tournament. The previous year's winner gets to pick the menu, but he must also pay for the meal. 14. The Masters leaves millions on the table by giving away the broadcasting rights to ESPN and CBS for free. They do this to maintain complete control, handpicking advertisers, eliminating on-course signage, and only playing 3 to 4 minutes of commercials each hour. 15. Unlike most golf clubs, which are registered as non-profits, Augusta National is a for-profit corporation. This requires them to pay more taxes, but they do it anyway because it means they don't have to share their member list, income, holdings, or expansion plans. 16. More than 1,500 private jets will land in Augusta this week, paying about $3,000 in landing and parking fees. 17. Augusta has SubAir Systems under each green. This enables them to keep the greens consistent, sucking up water when it rains and adding moisture when it's hot. Also, when someone slipped a few years back, Augusta added SubAir systems under all the walkways. 18. Dwight D. Eisenhower is the only U.S. President to become a member at Augusta National. He never actually attended the Masters, but Eisenhower made 29 trips to the property, playing 210 rounds of golf, during his eight-year term as President. Even crazier, Augusta worked with the Secret Service to build him a safe place to stay, called Eisenhower Cabin, which is still used on the property today. That's it for today! Enjoy the tournament, and if you learned something from this post, follow me for more sports business content.

🚨NEW Long Strange Trip episode: David Senra, creator of David Senra David has studied the minds of more generational company builders than anyone alive, from Jesus of Nazareth to Jensen Huang. I sat down with him to reverse engineer the psychological frameworks of history's greatest titans. 6 Lessons on the Unfiltered Reality of Iconic Founders. 1. Taste is real, and it starts with shutting up and actually listening. 2. On Negative Self-Talk: Many elite CEOs are fueled in their early days by a dark, chaotic mind and intense self-criticism. They categorically refuse to sleep on their wins, obsessing over everything that is currently broken. I was guilty of this at Hubspot. To survive a multi-decade career without self-destructing, that initial fuel source must eventually convert from negative anxiety into a love for the craft. 3. We need to stop trying to heavily manage or over-advise elite entrepreneurial talent. The greatest founders are irrepressible forces of nature who will relentlessly hunt down the specific knowledge and frameworks they need to win. They are not passively discovered by the market or by venture capitalists; VCs can't help them out of a bad year. They violently force the world to recognize their existence. 4. Small egos don't build big companies. Elite founders are driven by control, not money. Money is just a side effect. 5. Co-Founder Dynamics: Despite the modern dogma that you need a balanced co-founding team to succeed, historical precedent shows that a singular driving force almost always takes over. From Henry Ford operating as an autocrat to Steve Jobs refounding Apple alone, the equal partnership rarely stands the ultimate test of time. Even brilliant minds like Charlie Munger recognized they had to deliberately subjugate their own massive egos to support a singular talent like Warren Buffett . 6. Focus is the whole game: "Mute the world and build your own" as he says. True focus is your willingness to say no to incredibly good ideas because they distract from the truly great ones. 00:00 Introduction 01:11 Focus Above All 01:50 Dana White UFC Focus 04:19 Focus vs Obsession 05:05 Origins in Childhood 06:07 Coppola and His Father 08:48 Assholes and Archetypes 11:14 Autism and Originality 14:55 Immigrant Drive and Grit 16:38 Bet on the Founder 17:52 Solo vs Partners 23:20 Negative Self Talk Fuel 26:39 Platform Shifts and Founder Mode 28:07 Dell Versus IBM 30:02 Infinite Leverage Edge 31:38 Focus Versus Speed 34:20 Taste And Listening 40:52 Founder Traits And Balance 54:22 Closing Takeaways (link to episode in comments 👇)

This video is one of the first times I thought biology was “cool.” It shows a neutrophil cell chasing a bacterium. Originally recorded in the 1950s by David Rogers at Vanderbilt University, the video gave me a deeper appreciation for life, even at the level of a single cell, because the neutrophil's movements seem so intentful, purposeful, aware. It wasn’t until recently, though, that I actually tried to demystify the neutrophil’s movements and understand how they happen. Here's what I learned: 1. The neutrophil's surface has thousands of protein receptors. Molecules secreted by the bacteria collide with these receptors. When that happens, the proteins change shape, slightly, and initiate a signaling cascade. 2. The neutrophil “knows” where to go because of a discrepancy in bound vs. unbound receptors. The side of the cell closest to the microbe will, probabilistically, have more "bound" receptors than the other side (because the molecules secreted by the microbe have a concentration gradient). This is how the neutrophil figures out which way to move. 3. Each bound receptor activates several G proteins located inside the cell membrane. Each G protein, in turn, switches on PI3K enzymes. In this way, the original signal is amplified; a single "activated" receptor might cause ~100 copies of PI3K to get switched on downstream. 4. The PI3K enzymes stick phosphates onto lipids in the cell membrane. The side of the neutrophil facing the bacterium now has more phosphates than the "back" side. Phosphate-binding proteins, such as GEF, accumulate and then recruit Rac, thus activating it. Rac, in turn, acts like a molecular switch, ultimately recruiting Arp2/3. (TL;DR: A bunch of proteins get activated, and the high phosphate concentration at the leading edge is the key signal for all this.) 5. At any given moment, the neutrophil has millions of actin molecules. These are the proteins used to build the cytoskeleton. Half of the actins are already “assembled” into filaments, but the other half are just floating around. Arp2/3 acts as a nucleator, grabbing onto actin and then starting a new cytoskeletal branch. More actin is assembled at the leading edge (where the Arp2/3 has accumulated), where they each push on the cell membrane with ~2 piconewtons of force. Hundreds of actin chains, pushing together, causes the cell to form protrusions. 6. The assembling actin chains push the cell at a speed of ~20 micrometers per minute (the length of about ten E. coli cells placed end-to-end.) As all of this is happening, another signaling cascade, nucleated at the back end of the cell, is dismantling actin filaments and recycling them. All this happens over a span of about 30 seconds. Much of this process is invisible; what we see, instead, is "just" a cell chasing its prey. But that's the wonderful thing about biology: A singular observation is usually more than enough fodder for a lifetime of work. The well is deep. There is always more to learn.
