Plz don't spread wrong information on X platform. Being an Optometrist I am telling you this is Totally wrong. This tricks only can improve accommodation to some extend...but it will not remove glasses completely.

Eye exercises are good for the extraocular muscles or the muscles around the eyeball. *Exercise will not get rid of your glasses* Basic understanding is missing here. Refractive error is due to the rays of light not falling on the retina. They may fall either ahead of the retina (Myopia or nearsightedness) or behind the retina (Hyperopia or Farsightedness). What refractive error you develop depends on the shape of your cornea, thickness of your lens and the axial length of your eyeball. Any of this will not change with the exercises depicted in the above video. So kindly do not spread false information to the general public🙏
