You don’t get to AFL level in any team with those skills. They are just totally devoid of confidence and are at the stage where there hoping the football doesn’t come to them. Neutral observer just a casual observation

To be honest we were never going to win, but that was putrid. I've been a supporter for 50 years and a member for nearly 35, but a born and bred tasmanian, and having watched the tassie devils show more skills, endeavour and passion, I will be changing my allegiance.

41 years been watching Essendon and the skill level has never been this bad. How can it be fixed? Lack of confidence? Psychological issue? OR players have checked out because they know the season is over?

90% of players could not hit water from a ship yesterday and most of the year. Club needs massive investment in skills development. This is not even VFL standard. Get the right people into the club that can actually assist.

I may be hypocritical for asking this, but at what point does the AFL decide to investigate them for tanking?
