To make your TypeScript server auto-restart for things like codegen'd files, add this to your .𝚟𝚜𝚌𝚘𝚍𝚎/𝚜𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚜.𝚓𝚜𝚘𝚗 and thank me later: "𝚝𝚢𝚙𝚎𝚜𝚌𝚛𝚒𝚙𝚝.𝚝𝚜𝚜𝚎𝚛𝚟𝚎𝚛.𝚠𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑𝙾𝚙𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜": { "𝚠𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑𝙳𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢": "𝚞𝚜𝚎𝙵𝚜𝙴𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜", "𝚏𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚋𝚊𝚌𝚔𝙿𝚘𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐": "𝚍𝚢𝚗𝚊𝚖𝚒𝚌𝙿𝚛𝚒𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚢𝙿𝚘𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐", "𝚠𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑𝙵𝚒𝚕𝚎": "𝚞𝚜𝚎𝙵𝚜𝙴𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜𝙾𝚗𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚝𝙳𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢", "𝚜𝚢𝚗𝚌𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚗𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚆𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑𝙳𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢": 𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚎 },

It might be better to configure this directly in your tsconfig.json. But the above settings have worked perfectly for me. TypeScript docs:

You should also add this by the way, and exclude as many files as possible that don't need to get watched: "𝚎𝚡𝚌𝚕𝚞𝚍𝚎𝙳𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚜": ["**/𝚗𝚘𝚍𝚎_𝚖𝚘𝚍𝚞𝚕𝚎𝚜/**/*"]
