Why should he when we have a dictator right here in the USA! Joe Biden is using corrupt government to target, prosecute and punish a political opponent! Putin's personality has a strong effect on him. He admires dictators and wants to be a leader like Putin himself. Or maybe it's about the money he earns from shady deals, the traces of which clearly lead to Moscow. I'm talking about various "business opportunities" that he and his family have taken advantage of. Or maybe they have something on him, something that the Russians call "kompromat." Or maybe it's all of the above. In any case, he can't bring himself to criticize Putin or firmly oppose him.
