Should never be using a drill for terminals

A drill to tighten down terminals surely a torque wrench should be used that’s the standard practice in the UK. 🇬🇧

I'm not an electrician, but aren't those supposed to be wired to the outlets of the whole house? He only connects the mains, ground and neutral, but no actual plugs, or switches. I guess he wanted it to look cool, not real.
