A little proof of the work for today. The dumbbell incline press is always humbling for me, but I’ve grown to love it. 85 was going up nice today, then I hit a PR at 90 on the next set. Hitting triple digits is a milestone I’ve chased for a long time, and I’m almost there.

ETHEREUM IS ABOUT TO TAKE CONTROL OF THIS MARKET. $ETHBTC HAS BEEN COMPRESSED FOR YEARS. THAT ERA IS ENDING. THE NEXT 40–90 DAYS WILL KICK OFF THE ETHEREUM SUPERCYCLE. $5K WILL FALL. $10K WILL GET CHASED. $15K ETH IS MY TARGET. THEN CAPITAL ROTATES DOWN THE RISK CURVE AND ALTSEASON TURNS INTO PURE EUPHORIA. ETH IS ABOUT TO GO VERTICAL

I know things have been quiet on my social lately. The last 90 days was my priority and a reflection period, working on myself. I appreciate all the love & care you’ve shown, let’s get back to having fun.

$LLY is ticking every box on my long checklist. I’ve got a working price target of $1100 over the next 90 days. In this video I walk through the current setup, how I built that target, and exactly how I’m trading this move step by step.

75 Hard — DONE. There were definitely days I wanted to quit, but I re-learned a lot about discipline, consistency, and just showing up when you don’t feel like it. But I don’t plan on stopping here. Next up: I’m doing a 3-day fast with Joe Orton, and I’m going to document the whole thing so you guys can follow along. I’m curious to see how my body responds after everything I’ve learned and the progress I’ve made so far. More to come 💪🏿💪🏿

#TuesdayMuseday Time to give back to the body that has carried me 90 years & prepare for my upcoming tour. The Road Warrior in me is getting restless. I thrive on the road, the hustle and bustle and of course "I’ve Got You" the fans who've been there along the 60 years of travel.

On Sundays, I’ve been going and sitting with my 90 year-old Grandfather. This Sunday he let me know that he’s not sure if he will make it to the end of the year. I’ve been recording our conversations. He told me about everything I survived as a child through neglect, abuse, being born drug addicted and how proud of me he was. He said one of his last wishes is that I change parties and become a democrat 😂 we both laughed. Yesterday it was suggested he go to hospice care. Let’s love on our elders while they are still here.

I was so excited and happy inside. This is my little gift to Ammirey⭐️✨ I’ve been trying to drop hints about what I’ve been working on, and now I can finally tell you~ I’ve been learning to DJ! For the past month, I’ve been practicing every single day, which is why I’ve been a little quiet. And the reason I kept going to that café so often was because my DJ school was secretly there! 🤭 Thank you, Ammirey🤍💌 Thank you for always supporting what makes me happy and believing in me every step of the way. Today, I just wanted to give a little of that happiness back to all of you. I hope you went home with big smiles🌞✨ I hope you enjoyed my little DJ set today! I’ll keep practicing and come back with an even more fun and exciting show next time. AMMIREY WITH MIM 26 BIRTHDAY #Mimu26thbirthday #Mimpanthita

But what about passive aiming!? But what about gas masks?! It’s doable, and not that bad. Does having a riser help? Yes. What I’ve come around to, is that the performance trade off is not worth sacrificing control in 90% of my shooting for a small convenience in 10%.

As we wrap up the appropriations process & with it my time on House Appropriations Democrats, I shared my gratitude for serving on this powerful committee and all I’ve been able to accomplish. It’s been an honor to work with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to benefit our kids & families.

Jake Paul reveals he just spent $500,000 on Polaris vehicles in one day “I’ve officially bought the most Polaris vehicles in one day and set a record. This is absolutely insane to look at. These vehicles are built to handle anything on this property, and we’re about to put them to the test” “I’ve been waiting for this day for years. This is my dream coming to fruition. My whole life I’ve wanted a ranch, jet skis, a wakeboard boat, cows, horses, ATVs, Polaris RZRs. Today’s the day it all starts to come together. We just set a record for most vehicle purchases. We spent about half a million here today”

I’ve been reminiscing hard on some of my favorite 2010s teams. The fact that I could remember exactly where I was & what I was doing when this shot was put up is insane I guarantee 99% of College Basketball fans remember everything about this moment too
