Democrat activists judges are trying to fire Alina Habba as U.S. Attorney right now. 15 out of 17 district judges in New Jersey were appointed by Obama and Biden, and they can vote her out of the seat. For the sole reason that she indicted a House Democrat member who allegedly assaulted a federal immigration officer. Last night, I filed a House ethics complaint against Hakeem Jeffries for pressuring these judges to violate their ethics for political considerations. If these judges go through with firing Alina Habba, they will also face judicial misconduct complaints.

The answer is BLUE SLIPS, a Senate practice that gives Senators a veto over judicial nominees from their states. The result is that federal districts with liberal states get loaded with liberal judges NO MATTER HOW CONSERVATIVE THE PRESIDENT NOMINATING JUDGES, which provides for the rich "judge-shopping" opportunities we're seeing being wielded against Trump today.

These two individuals have been particularly egregious in their contempt of the President and putting their personal views in front of their duty as judges to carry out the jobs that they hold."
