Today I am imagining a future where we normalize and value pocket-sized wetlands everywhere. A win for biodiversity, carbon storage, water management and likely our wellness overall.

Today- I was called a Nazi; a fascist and a racist. I am not any of those things even remotely. I am fighting for a safe nation; where we can be proud to be British, we can speak freely and most of all where we can be safe.

The future we want starts with the values we uphold today. Let's keep pushing for a world where every woman and girl can exercise their rights, live in equality, and realize their power, everywhere. #ForAllWomenAndGirls

On National Pollution Control Day, let’s reaffirm our commitment to cleaner air, safer water, and a healthier planet. Every action matters—reducing waste, saving energy, planting trees, and choosing sustainable habits. Together, we can build a future where people and nature thrive in harmony. Let’s act today for tomorrow. #NationalPollutionControlDay

Today, at Carbon Removal Day, I announced that the Government of Canada is a founding member of the Advance Carbon Removal Coalition. Alongside our partners, we are mobilizing $100 million to build a high-integrity carbon removal market right here in Canada. Canada has a competitive advantage in this sector. We have the natural assets, innovation, and expertise to lead on the world stage. We must meet this moment with confidence, and as leaders in carbon removal. Through our Climate Competitiveness Strategy, we are turning climate action into economic strength, creating jobs, protecting our environment, and ensuring Canadian industries lead in the global net-zero economy. Because when we invest in a clean future, we aren’t just building a stronger economy for today — we’re building a more competitive and resilient Canada for generations to come.

"I saw a ghost today. It was a tortoise, walking through a construction site in Cameroon where a forest used to be. We have destroyed the ecosystems and left countless species homeless. Let’s feel sorry for biodiversity—and then let’s act. 🌍💔 #ExtinctionCrisis #Cameroon"

Biodiversity supports every part of human life, from food production and medicines to jobs, recreation & a livable climate. People cannot thrive on a planet that is in crisis. This is why we need to #ActNow, for our present and our future.

Chhath Puja begins today - the festival where faith stands knee-deep in water and hearts rise with the setting Sun… A prayer not for wealth, but for wellness, for the balance of life itself….! 🔥❣️🙏

Wetlands are not wastelands 🌿💧 They protect biodiversity, store water, reduce floods, and fight climate change. Restoring them means restoring life itself. 🌍♻️ #WetlandRestoration #ClimateAction #Nature

What am I grateful for today? Jamaica has so many streams and rivers where our ppl can go to get water🙏 Due to water shortage in many areas previously, many households have tanks with water. The rains have ensured those tanks can be refilled. In everything, we give God thanks🙏

Today, I proudly cast my vote for Kamala Harris early voting in VA, and I couldn’t hold back my emotions. This moment is more than just a ballot; it’s a powerful statement for women and our democracy. The Seneca Project I’m honoring those who paved the way for us and fighting for our future generations. Vote. Fight. Win. We Won’t Go Back! #HarrisWalz2024 🗳️ #vote #voteforher

This is where I live. It’s been like it for 3 days. Where there is a hosepipe ban. Where we pay our extortionate water bills so that these water companies can waste 2.9 BILLION litres of water a DAY!!
