Iran: No Decision Yet To Resume U.S. Talks Iran does not want to WASTE TIME on negotiations that go no where. Even after a deal is made it is not honored, so what is the point. Iran's FM Dr. Abbas Araqchi: "We have not yet made a decision to restart negotiations with the United States." Dr. Araqchi said mediators from Qatar and Pakistan are exchanging messages with Iran, but that this does NOT amount to negotiations.
