@RepDavidKustoff Prison phones fuel crime networks. Lt. Albarati Act (S.736) hits smugglers hard to stop drug rings & gang ops. Bureaucrats let this fester for yrs. Each smuggled phone = failure to fund staff & security. Time to audit where "anti-contraband" $$ went.

The Albuquerque Indian School Act will return land to the 19 Pueblos and IPCC in Abq. And the Downwinder Commemoration Act recognizes our communities impacted by the legacy of nuclear testing. Proud of our bipartisan work to get these out of Committee with Rep. Gabe Vasquez and Rep. Teresa Leger Fernández and of all the New Mexicans who continue to show up every day for our communities!♥️
