I know a lot of you have been enjoying the food content, but I want to be straight with you about something. After my competition, I didn’t just “treat myself.” I went into a full post show binge spiral which is pretty common after a first show, but still brutal to go through. It wasn’t just this one fun meal. It turned into days of overeating, chasing dopamine from food, and completely losing control. Over the next few posts, you’ll see exactly what I ate after this… what I tried to do to stop the spiral… and where I ended up because of it. I want to show you the REALITY of competing.. Both mentally and physically.. And how fast your body can change in such a short amount of time. This was my first season of shows, and I had to learn this lesson the hard way. If you’re struggling with food, control, or guilt… you’re not alone! We’ll talk about it all, one step at a time, together. See y’all on the next post. ❤️

⏰ I normally feed the dogs at 6.30am but couldn’t get out of bed until 9.30 today because of depression. 🙏 I could easily have got someone to cover and do it for me but wanted to force myself up. It was tough. 🐶 Anxiety too bad to deal with people today but the dogs and their happy tails helped immeasurably 🌴 Fresh air and doing something helps but as people with depression and anxiety know even a simple thing can seem monumentally hard. Feeding the dogs is the highlight of my day and I still struggled to get out and do it. Thinking of people who have to go to work, face hard social situations and can’t afford to not be in hard situations with their own anxiety / depression. 💤 I probably won’t get much more then this done today as I feel very rough but the dogs are fed and I feel like I achieved something even if I was moving like in quicksand

An emotional Brandt Snedeker: "To not have my card the last couple of years, to be struggling to do what I love, you know, to still have a passion to play this game the way I want to play it and to show people how I can still do it, especially not playing my best and struggling the way I did to come back and fight, claw my way back and play some great golf this year even though it hasn't seemed like it to people outside. "I knew I was playing well. I just hadn't been able to put it all together. Hopefully it shows my family, my kids something. Just, you know, ten wins out here is an accomplishment. Something I'm very proud of."

mc yeonjun’s final goodbye 💗 🦊 i was really grateful for the past 2 years 🦊 i was really happy that i was able to do the last show with moas, my members and the staff that i love 🦊 huni and hakie worked very hard and our inkigayo family worked very hard 🦊 for the past 2 years, i was so happy on my way to inkigayo every sunday that i never thought of it as going to work 🦊 it was a very valuable time to me 🦊 i learnt a lot because of you and it was a time where i was able to respect a lot of artists including the ones behind me 🦊 i hope you keep sending lots of love to k-pop artists 🦊 the next time i’m here, i won’t be an mc but i’ll do my best to show you the cool side of yeonjun as an artist 🦊 thank you so much!

Proudest accomplishment of 2023, I’ll go first. In the world of ultra running- this is not all that special. But in my world it was the full circle of the journey from boy to man. It’s the kind of thing that even as you commit to doing it, even as I laced up my shoes I didn’t know if I was ready. It just seemed so massive and daunting. When I first took up running I was a skinny kid with stick legs that couldn’t run for more than half a mile before I had to stop and walk. But I was so damn inspired to change my life. You can do pretty much anything if you’re too stubborn to stop. 2023 was the biggest year of my life so far in a lot of ways. But these 33 hours will be some of the best of my life til the day I die. No test. No testimony baby. Bring on 2024 🎉🎉🎉

This segment was spoken out of love and experience. It took me years to get sober and stay sober. I went through plenty of episodes like AB but the cameras weren’t on. It was probably one of the toughest things to personally overcome. It took me years to realize that drinking and drugging wasn’t for me. At the core of my addiction, I was running from reality and hated to admit it. I would try to mask my drinking/drugging as social but at the root it was just me masking my problems. One of the greatest things I did was get sober. I hope AB gets there and reclaims his health and wellness. He will be better for it. I’m better for it. I wouldn’t be doing anything I’m doing today if I was still drinking/drugging. No doubt about that. AB is an Ohio Boy so I’m rooting for him. I don’t judge it. I understand it.
