My niece was working at Starbucks while going to school at Pepperdine. My Vandyke came to her defense when she said no to the Osborne boy who invited her to a party. He said “She said no so leave her alone.” Absolutely the best kind of man! Happy Birthday to a true legend!

National treasure

While people think I’m nuts for sleeping on a mat on the floor. I’m 64 and once it was difficult to get up after stretching. Now I’m up and down every day. Yes, it was difficult to sit like that but not now. I was a little tap dancer I always wanted to meet Dick Van Dyke.

Dick is more fit and limber than most of my friends in their 60s.

He has a home nearby in Cave Creek…truly a legend…He’s right about flexibility…my mom was 97 and still doing yoga…she would’ve still been around except Covid got her…😡
