PARDON SAMOURAI (full episode) Keonne Rodriguez w/Walker⚡️ Today I talk with Keonne Rodriguez, co-founder of Samourai Wallet, who is set to report to prison on December 19 unless he and his co-founder Bill get a pardon from President Trump... In April 2024, two Bitcoin software developers, Keonne Rodriguez and William "Bill" Lonergan Hill, were violently arrested in their homes in a pre-dawn militarized raid by the FBI for running Samourai Wallet—a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet—despite no prior warnings and full compliance with the law as they and their advisors understood it. They spent the next year and a half in the crippling uncertainty of home arrest, fighting against an adversary with unlimited resources. Keonne was sentenced on November 6, 2025, to the maximum five years in prison, plus an additional fine of $250,000, plus three years of supervised release. Bill was sentenced to four years in prison on November 19, 2025. He will also be responsible for a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release. Both men are facing serious time in jail for writing code that supported the privacy and security of Bitcoin users. This case exemplifies DOJ overreach through a dangerous legal theory that criminalizes open-source code for legitimate privacy purposes. **Developers should not be held liable for bad actors using their software.** 0:00 INTRO 2:00 Context of the Case 5:12 The Motivation Behind Samurai Wallet 7:54 The Evolution of Bitcoin and Privacy Concerns 10:59 The Raid and Its Implications 13:59 Understanding the Legal Framework 16:47 The Distinction Between Samurai Wallet and Traditional Mixers 20:02 Regulatory Guidance and Miscommunication 22:48 The Role of the Justice System 25:54 Jurisdiction and the Southern District of New York 32:56 Jurisdiction and Prosecution Tactics 36:41 The Reality of Legal Battles 39:55 Financial Strain and Legal Fees 44:31 Plea Deal Dynamics 52:59 The Absurdity of Charges 1:02:05 The Broader Implications of the Case 1:04:18 The Blanch Memo and Its Implications 1:07:53 The Southern District of New York’s Disregard for Guidelines 1:12:21 The Flawed Prosecution and Lack of Evidence 1:16:55 The Importance of Open Source and Community Action 1:22:40 Hope for the Future and the Call to Action #pardonsamourai #freesamourai

DA Greg Willis Announces First-Degree Murder Indictment in Frisco Track Meet Stabbing Death of Austin Metcalf; Karmelo Anthony Charged Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis announced today that a Collin County Grand Jury has indicted a defendant for First-Degree Murder in the April 2, 2025, stabbing death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf during a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas. The defendant is Karmelo Sincere Anthony, who was also 17 at the time. District Attorney Willis addressed the indictment in the following video statement: “Earlier this spring, our community was shaken by what happened at a school track meet in Frisco — the violent loss of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf. For weeks, my team has been presenting evidence to the grand jury. Today, I summarized that evidence, and I asked the Grand Jury to return a first degree murder indictment against Karmelo Anthony — which they did. With that indictment, the case now moves formally into the court system. From this point forward, we’ll continue doing our part — fully and fairly — to pursue justice under the law. The trial schedule will be set by the court. But when the time comes, we’ll be ready. We know this case has struck a deep nerve — here in Collin County and beyond. That’s understandable. When something like this happens at a school event, it shakes people to the core. But the justice system works best when it moves with steadiness and with principle. That’s what we’re committed to. And that’s exactly what this case deserves. We’re also mindful of Austin’s family, and everyone who loved him. Please keep them in your thoughts — and, if you’re willing, in your prayers as well. Finally, remember that a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.” Additional Information: Murder is a first-degree felony offense that, upon conviction, carries a punishment range of 5 to 99 years, or life, in a Texas prison, and an optional fine not to exceed $10,000. In the Texas criminal justice system, 17-year-olds are considered adults. An arrest and an indictment are not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. #PursuingJustice #ProtectingOurCommunity #CollinCountyDA #CollinCounty

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee 03March2024 Mind-dump, sans edit The drone footage below has never been seen and was made yesterday. This is a United Nations Camp in Darien, Panama, after “migrant” attack two days ago. This is China Camp in Darien, Panama. Locally called San Vicente. Notice this camp is the header on my X page. Same camp. I have been here dozens of times including two weeks ago. Secretary ARCHIVED: Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas came here on 18 April 2022 to expand the camp. I was there that day. 我那覇真子 Masako Ganaha and and I first went together shortly after Biden was installed several years ago. Chuck Holton had been to Darien many times over the years. We watched the United States grow this terrorist camp. Realizing Darien Gap likely would become a main invasion route to USA, I have spent about six months in and around this area since Biden was installed. Over the past three years I have taken only a small number of select people to this camp and into Darien. These include Ann Vandersteel™️ The Epoch Times Laura Loomer Matt Bracken Rep. Tom Tiffany Ben Bergquam - Real America’s Voice (RAV-TV) News @Oscarelblue Muckraker Mara Macie Bret Weinstein Chris Martenson and a few more. There is no doubt in my mind that people who pass through this camp will become responsible for the deaths of countless Americans. You have never seen a more serious terrorist camp in your life. This camp is funded by Homeland Security and others through front organizations such as IOM - UN Migration 🇺🇳, and HIAS. HIAS has an office about 50 yards from this fire damage. The Government of Panama wants to close this camp but World Economic Forum, Chinese Communist Party, and U.S. Embassy Panama and others work to keep this open. This is a war camp. Panama could shut the camp with snap of a finger but do not. This camp and others will be instrumental in the coming revolution in Panama. At this rate, Panama will be taken from Panamanians due to allowing this to grow within their bellies. Again, HIAS has an office about 50 yards from the fire damage that destroyed the “migrant” records two days ago. ARCHIVED: Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was a board-member at HIAS before being installed as an operative at Homeland Security Two days ago, a riot occurred in this camp. Several courageous SENAFRONT PANAMÁ men were seriously hurt trying to save the camp and stop the attack. Arson was committed including an attack on vital records of invaders who pass through this camp. According to SENAFRONT PANAMÁ, computers and vital records were burned and destroyed. The attack is said to have started from an internal dispute between “migrants”. The records were attacked during the violence. 44 “migrants” reportedly have been arrested so far. Others vanished into the night. Vanished with what? The records? Records that include CCP operatives, Hamas, Hezbollah, and others who have passed through were said to have been burned. It is unknown if backups are intact. It is unknown to me if the records were actually burned or maybe just vanished into the night. Powerful forces are at play. This is a multiplayer game. This drone footage was made yesterday afternoon on 02 March 2024. On the right side of the camp notice the fire damage to SENAFRONT PANAMÁ offices. This is exactly were Laura Loomer interviewed the Somali, the Iranian, the the Chinaman about two weeks ago. I was there beside her with 我那覇真子 Masako Ganaha Ann Vandersteel™️ Mara Macie and others. We know this camp. China Camp is a terrorist bus station to United States funded by United States.

8 Months After She Died by Suicide… My Girlfriend Sent Me a Voice Note💔 I was 24, stuck in a tiny PG room in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi — chasing the IAS dream like my life depended on it. My only reason to keep breathing was Rhea. She wasn’t just my girlfriend… she was the only person who still looked at me like I was already an officer when everyone else had written me off. One rainy night we made a private video. Stupid, careless, in love. Someone we trusted leaked it. Her conservative family went berserk. They snatched her phone, locked her in the house, and fixed her marriage within weeks. The last thing she managed to send me was a 47-second voice note at 2:17 AM, voice cracking: “Arjun… they’re taking me away tomorrow morning. I don’t think I can survive this. If anything happens to me… promise me one thing. Don’t stop living. Don’t let our love become your graveyard. Let me go. Live for both of us.” I thought she was just scared. I told her we’d fight it. I was wrong. Next morning… she was gone. Suicide. The pain hit like a truck. I dropped everything. Stopped studying. Stopped eating. My mother begged on calls. My father, who had sold half his land for my coaching, just went silent. I wanted to follow her. Eight months passed in darkness. Then, on what would have been her 25th birthday, my phone buzzed. Unknown number. A scheduled voice note — set to deliver months after she was gone. I pressed play with trembling hands. Her voice filled the room… calm, tired, but full of love: “Happy birthday to me, I guess… If you’re hearing this, it means I’m not here anymore. Arjun, I love you more than life itself. But I want you to have a life. Delete our chats. Burn my letters. Cry one last time… then let me go. Become the officer I always saw in you. Make me proud from wherever I am. I’m setting you free today.” I collapsed on the floor and cried like a child — loud, ugly, uncontrollable sobs — for the first time since her death. That night I did exactly what she asked. I deleted every photo. I burned every letter in the balcony. I let her go. And for the first time in almost a year… I felt light. I picked up my books again with a fire I never had before. Today, I’m an IRS officer. People ask me how I survived the darkest chapter of my life. I smile and say: “The purest form of love I ever received was the day she taught me how to let go.” If you’re carrying pain that feels heavier than you — heartbreak, betrayal, failure, family pressure, guilt, or thoughts you’re scared to admit — please listen to me: Let it go. Not because it didn’t matter. But because **you** still do. Save this. Share it with someone who’s breaking inside right now. ❤️ You are not alone. And sometimes the bravest thing you can do… is let go.
