Three years ago today the Notre Dame Football community lost a legend "The Voice of Notre Dame Football" (and my personal friend) Tony Roberts. In honor of the anniversary of his death today, I created this 13 min video of some of his most famous calls. Tony was the play-by-play announcer for the Fighting Irish from 1980-2006 and for myself and many others the voice of our childhoods. May you rest in eternal peace with God forever Tony. I'll see you on the other side my friend.

Stumbled upon this delight on my playlist today. The two meaning use of ‘the word ‘Jaan’ works as an endearment and life itself giving it an emotional glide. Rafi Saheb lingering Jaaaan 🎵makes it a winner. OP Nayyar always surpassed himself in bringing out a khanak in Asha’s voice. A complete song that never got its due.

Today marks exactly four years since Putin started his three-day push to take Kyiv. And that says a great deal about our resistance, about how Ukraine has fought all this time. Behind those words stand millions of our people, immense courage, incredibly hard work, endurance, and the long path Ukraine has been pursuing since February 24. Looking back at the beginning of the invasion and reflecting on today, we have every right to say: we have defended our independence, we have not lost our statehood; Putin has not achieved his goals. He has not broken Ukrainians; he has not won this war. We have preserved Ukraine, and we will do everything to secure peace and justice. Glory to Ukraine!
