#SEONGHWA about making memories in Europe 🥹 ⭐️: The UK is much nicer than I thought. My memories of this country were usually just from coming here on tour but the more I come, the more my memories seem to get nicer. Same with Paris, same with the UK and well, Spain too. Probably it’s like that for all countries, really. Anyway, maybe it’s because I’m getting familiar with them. I’m turning each one into a good memory. Ease? Maybe I’ve gained some ease too. When I first went to Paris I wasn’t feeling well physically so I couldn’t go see things. But as time passed, like, on the last night (this time) I saw the Eiffel Tower and even though I’ve seen it many times, I realized it feels different every time I come. During this Paris schedule, the time I saw the Eiffel Tower was my favorite I think. It was the most romantic. Strangely, “I really want to go see the Eiffel Tower.” This thought came to me. Strangely. I felt like I had to go see it. Of course, taking photos there can be risky but I just really wanted to take photos at the Eiffel Tower. So after meeting Mingi and Jongho, I rushed there, saw it, and at exactly midnight it sparkles like this, you know? I saw that too. And this time in London too, I watched a really fun musical and at a big festival, as a headliner, I performed in a cool way. I like it. I really like it. #SEONGHWA #성화

jiung is happy these days and he feels like life is becoming simpler 🥹🤍🫂 “am i happy? yes i’m happy. good. it’s fun. even if from other people’s perspective there are things that might seem bad, of course those things exist, but for me it’s still enjoyable. it feels like i’ve changed a lot again. as i entered 2024, i started to gain some mental space, and in 2025, i grew that space even more and found a sense of stability. but honestly looking at it now… even though i thought i had found that stability, i’m not sure it settled properly in my heart. if i think about it now, maybe it didn’t. maybe to some extent, but not completely. there were days when i blamed myself for not meditating, or times when things felt overwhelming. sometimes i felt a bit upset with myself in those moments. so looking back, i think maybe i had found stability, but it hadn’t fully settled in yet. but these days, what i’ve been thinking is… compared to before, i don’t really have as many thoughts or attachments about meditation anymore. i do it less often too. but interestingly, even though that’s the case, i don’t really have moments where my thoughts feel messy or unbearably heavy anymore, thankfully. even if i spend a whole day just watching content on my phone, i don’t feel that sense of overwhelming guilt. of course, it’s probably because i don’t do that every day but still. somehow, even without trying, i’ve been giving myself more space, allowing more things, and thinking about myself more gently. i’m just grateful for that. to myself. i’m not overexerting myself just to look good to others anymore. life feels like it’s becoming simpler. i’m able to make clearer decisions now. before, there were times i said i wanted to be like that, maybe because i wanted to be, but i don’t know if i was /really/ living that way. even so, it feels like the version of myself i’ve been wanting has continued to grow until now. thank you everyone.”

Today is autistic pride day. And there is something special about being able to post a video of me stimming, when even going back a year or two years I could never have done that. My autistic traits are the parts of myself I grew up feeling embarrassed about. I wanted to hide it all away, to blend in and be like everyone else. But no matter how hard I tried, I just wasn’t like everyone else, and trying to be broke me. I don’t think autistic pride means you have to love being autistic. I think autistic pride is about taking back the power from the world and the people that wanted me to hide my autistic self. Learning to love myself as I am, accept myself for who I am, and know that I am autistic and that is okay. It is not good, it is not bad - it just IS. I know I am lucky to be able to discover the authentic me, and feel safe to be myself. I am leaning in to the authentic version of me as fully as I can. Happy #AutisticPrideDay. Know that however you feel about this day is okay. However you feel about being autistic is okay. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 (also taking a moment to feel the emotion that I can even post this caption, after years and years of hating myself. this is healing).

🐿️ Anyway, since for the time being, as of right now, I don’t have any schedules involving choreography for over a week, I’ll try to take good care of myself. I also want to get better quickly and be on stage full of energy, breathing together with you all, so I’ll try to rest well too. I went to the hospital, (laughs) and the company is also really worried about me. Seeing that everyone sent me messages… I was worried that maybe TINYs might misunderstand, but I realized there was no need for that. TINYs… were saying things like this too, (laughs) that KQ couldn’t stop me, so they told/tattled on me to ATINY. I know ATINY’s feelings very well too. Of course, that’s true, I have my own desire too, and because I want to keep, as much as possible, the promises I make with TINYs and things like that, and because I know very well what TINYs are saying, I’ll take good care of myself. Since this is the first time in the 8 years I’ve been doing this that I’ve experienced a situation like this, where it’s difficult to dance because of this, I had been getting through it well in my own way. But when I went to the hospital once more this week, they told me that with my ribs, if I keep moving my body, the treatment/recovery period will only get longer anyway. Do you ever get imposter syndrome? Yunjin : Guys, imposter syndrome is a real thing and it's really hard But, um, I think if you have imposter syndrome it's not... well, nothing in life nothing in this world is 100% good, 100% bad but, I think with imposter syndrome there's more good than there is bad That's kind of how I try to like stabilize myself whenever I feel like I'm having imposter syndrome and that's wrong of me I try to remind myself that "Oh it's better than having like a huge ego Because if you are doubting yourself, it's good to a point It gets to a point, you know? So I try not to get like... because I feel like a lot of problems often stem from me feeling like some way and then like demonizing that feeling when when it's not something that you should like demonize Yeah, so imposter syndrome, I get it But I also try to tell myself it's just a way of humbling myself, I guess It can be crippling though, sometimes And the way out of it is by keeping people that I respect and admire around me So that when they tell me that they trust me then I can trust them Because when I don't trust myself, I trust those people And thankfully, I have four of those people in my life, in my team And' then I have a bunch of staff who I feel the same way about

This part breaks and heals my heart at the same time 💔Mingi’s words are full of wisdom, as always🥺 🐥 I was full of arrogance in the beginning, but after I made my debut, I felt so small. From then on, I lost a lot of my mental strength. As soon as I made my debut, I thought I was the best and I thought I was in first place. That’s why those aspirations, that tenacity, and that something about me - my self-worth - was so high. But after that, it was destroyed in an instant. 🐥 I lost a lot of my self-worth, and I started to feel like I was worth nothing. I started to doubt if there was any reason for me to be in this group. When I feel that kind of self-disgust, I think it’s important how I overcome those thoughts. In my early days of my debut, I think I only had a pretty packaging on me. I used to think, ‘I’m doing well, what more can I do?’ But after that pretty packaging came off, I had nothing inside. So I think it took me a long time to fill myself up. Now, even if I break down once in a while, I just go back to the human Song Mingi, and I look for the things I like one by one, and then I think, ‘People will like me a bit now, right?’ Since we’re celebrities, we need to satisfy the people to a certain degree. But I think we still have to satisfy ourselves in the process as well. I think I try to find a harmony between the two in my head. 🐥 It took me a long time to build this up, but I think the process of building myself up, unlike building a sand castle, you build it up little by little. It's so beautiful to see artists speaking up. Atleast some are! "As a small artist from a small city Hong Kong. Am i delusional to even think about the Grammys? Writing and producing is my artistry im proud of and i write songs in English. Only songs i make completely in Cantonese are "eligible". Im a voting member since 2024, i was a bit shocked to see this award got pushed forward without a conversation with the asian musict. community outside US. maybe they dides within kpop but im an non kpop asian small artist or im too new as a a member to be in wrote and song the conversation. But still, as a musician, one of the dream is to get a grammy, but maybe i Il just need to focus to build a fanbase and keep making good music...Hope its ok to speak out my thoughts at this moment. I love music and music is my life."

Today, I’m sharing something I’ve never said out loud 😊 Wherever I go,, any city, any countr.. whenever I step on a treadmill, I follow a ritual. At one point, I push myself to 14 km/hour .. sometimes more. But just before that, if there’s a CCTV camera, I look straight into it… and I say ten words. Exactly 10 words ! I’ve never told anyone what those words are. Maybe I never will.but I believe someday, someone will find them… and when they do, they’ll understand everything I could never explain. Maybe it will feel like a story. Maybe it will feel like love. Or maybe… it will feel like both. Did it again today ❤️

I grew up on a farm I never had my own cool truck like this, but I had farm chores from an early age Things like: Collecting eggs Cleaning the barn Washing farm equipment They had to be done before I could play, didnt matter if it took 1hr or all day It taught me so much like the value of hard work & doing a chore right the first time But most importantly it helped me feel good about myself I'm sure I didnt always want to do them, but I remember how good it felt helping my dad or hearing "great job" Kids need to feel a sense of accomplishment & purpose to help build their self esteem

🎱 i’m living such a proper life. but at at certain point it started to feel like that was working against me. when i was younger there were things i should’ve pursued, letting myself be drawn to them emotionally. but i was too rational and choose not to do them. that might’ve been good for the8 but was it good for minghao? thinking that way has kept me from being brave enough to do a lot of things. so i’ve started thinking maybe i should live a little more following my instinctive, animal side and that opened up a whole new side of life for me. if i wanted to eat something, i’d go get it right away. if i wanted to do something, i’d just do it. i started living that way. doing that for the first time, i made a lot of regrets and mistakes. before, i’d think “don’t do this, you’ll regret it” without ever experiencing those emotions. but now, i can think “i know exactly how much this is going to hurt me”. those are completely different things. 🐻‍❄️ they are 🎱 i realised that even regrets and mistakes can become experiences that teach you something right down to your bones 🐻‍❄️ that experience is an asset. but understanding something in your head before experiencing it is completely different. 🎱 that’s right 🐻‍❄️ in that sense, the experience itself has real value 🎱 looking back on it later, it feels like a precious experience just what i needed 🥲

💭 I had a fight with my mom - how can I make up with her? 🐿 Well, that depends on the reason, but although it’s not often, when that happens to me sometimes, honestly, just like any son, I tend to get irritated and snap a lot too. And since it’s a time when parents are curious about many things, and since it’s been a long time since we’ve lived apart, they can’t help but be curious even about very small things. 🐿️ To be honest, I didn’t understand that before, but these days I try to understand it. I think I’ve had quite a few conflicts with my parents because of things like that - not anything big, but issues from my side. Since I live my own life, I used to think, “Why are they curious about things like this?” or “Isn’t this obvious?” But from my parents’ perspective, they haven’t lived my life, so they worry and get curious - it’s all the same, even if it seems trivial. 🐿️ For example, I go to the recording studio, or I go to the workspace. Actually, a long time ago I explained this once, but to me, a recording studio and a workspace are different - they’re completely different. But from my parents’ perspective, if they don’t know, recording studio and workspace sound like the same thing. So if I say I’m going to the recording studio, they ask, “Are all the members going together?” And if I say I’m going to the workspace, they ask, “Are all the members going together?” and say things like, “Why are all the members going to the workspace?” Even though it’s different. There are many things like that. 🐿️ So I think that’s why this kind of thing happens. It still happens sometimes now. 🐿️ if i get the time, i want to try going to a song camp when i’m in america 🐿️ if i get to do something myself that would be the best but even if not, i think there’d be things i feel in there 🐿️ because i feel like this formula that i have had for the past 6-7 years…i feel like there’s something outside the fence of this formula 🐿️ because the only music that i’ve processed and beautifully made is our music so if i were to make my own music, finding the answer to the “artist taehyun”…is outside my fence so i’ve been constantly preparing myself to try and cross that fence
