I'm notified the moment a relevant job is posted on Upwork, and it's automatically placed into my personal job board on Trello, so I can either bid on it myself, or my agency va's can send out a proposal. This is what you're competing against so it's time to up your game. This took me a while to build, but it was well worth the time.
