"BCH will supply $25 billion in debt financing and $1 billion in equity financing to "innovative Canadian prefabricated home builders." Even if ALL $25 billion were spent on homes, applied to 500,000 homes this would amount to $50,000 each. "Ambitious" is not the word I would use to describe blanketing the country with $50,000 homes.
