Today we are launching #Homewards, a five-year programme committed to demonstrating that it's possible to end homelessness in the UK. Having a home is more than just bricks and mortar. What does home mean to you?

Home is being able to leave your country of birth due to threat to your safety, travel to a country where they open the borders to help you and protect you.

A home to me means a place of love, comfort, safety and security. Thank you for tackling this very serious issue 💙💙💙

Good luck, current UK system doesn't support getting out of the homelessness trap, especially for young people, so any change and investment is a good thing👍
