Behind every case there is a human With a lot of hope and enthusiasm to build a better future. But you're killing it. Please respect that and speed up reviewing Iranian SP visas after judicial review . @SeanFraserMP @JustinTrudeau

If you want to make fundamental and changes in the immigration system, in my opinion, you should speed up the investigation of applicants' requests in orderly and with rules and principles. Not that give the answer to one person's visa after a week and the another after a year.

Why there are three VO to for Indians outland spousal sponsorship like : Ottawa, Mississauga New Delhi. But there is only #Ankara for #Iranians_outland_spousal_sponsorship, This is a clear example of discrimination that has stopped us for two years (not weeks) in this process.

Canada's immigration policies on spousal sponsorship for Iranian applicants are leaving many families torn apart. It's time for change and more compassionate solutions. #SpousalSponsorship #IRCC

Today, we announced our 2024-2026 Immigration Levels Plan: We are maintaining targets of 485,000 permanent residents for 2024 and completing the final step to reach 500,000 in 2025. For 2026, we will stabilize permanent resident levels at 500,000 allowing time for successful integration while continuing to augment Canada’s labour market. The government also plans to take action over the next year to recalibrate the number of temporary resident admissions to ensure this aspect of our immigration system also remains sustainable. Highlights from the 2024-2026 Levels Plan include: · A continued long-term focus on economic growth, with over 60% of permanent resident admissions dedicated to the economic class by 2025. · A commitment to uphold the Government of Canada’s humanitarian support effort by responding to humanitarian and geopolitical crises around the world. · New ambitious Francophone immigration targets to support Francophone communities outside of Quebec: 6% total immigration in 2024, 7% in 2025, and 8% in 2026. This is to strengthen Francophone communities outside of Quebec and ensure the economic prosperity of Francophone minority communities across Canada. We will continue to work closely with the provinces and territories, employers, stakeholders and Indigenous peoples to help Canada adapt to the reality of immigration-driven population growth. This approach is also guided by ‘An Immigration System for Canada’s Future’ – a report that lays out a pathway to strengthen our immigration system for newcomers, businesses and communities: Together, these measures will continue to put people at the heart of our immigration policy and ensure newcomers have the resources they need, including settlement support and access to housing, to succeed in their new lives.

EXCLUSIVE: “We Are Here to Promote Canadian Nationalism” | Remigration Rally in Calgary, Alberta Canadian nationalists demonstrated on one of Calgary’s busiest highways, holding a sign reading “Remigration Now,” and calling for the flow of immigration to Canada to not only be stopped, but reversed. “People try to call us radicals, but our existing immigration policy is radical,” said Greg Wycliffe, a board member of the Dominion Society of Canada, the organization behind the demonstration. He argued that Canada’s immigration system has shifted far beyond public consent. “There are going to be millions of expiring visas in Canada, and we’re expecting these people to just kind of leave on their own,” he said, pointing to a lack of adequate enforcement of existing immigration laws. He described Canada as being treated “like a bus stop” or “an all-inclusive hotel,” saying the lack of boundaries and clarity around immigration and national identity is a national security threat. “We already have an immigration policy and a points system, we’re saying it needs to be recalibrated to be self-respecting, because our social services are being exploited.” Rejecting accusations of radicalsm, he stated, “That’s not radical. That’s self-respect. That’s loving ourselves and loving our nation.” According to Wycliffe, remigration is about “reversing the flow of immigration” and prioritizing Canadians, warning current levels are “not sustainable.” Follow and support Media Bezirgan for more exclusive on-the-ground coverage.
