Maybe start with really basic things like Trains, buses, & an inch or two of segregated cycle lane? Or is it yet again East of the Bann & Belfast first, before moving on to the next topic on which they can be prioritised?

Unfortunately NI has been built around a principle of having big housing estates with a single vehicle access point and no provision for public transport. There's your biggest congestion causer, right there. You can't even exit the estates!

Today I asked what help would be offered to businesses in my constituency that are unfairly penalised by these charges, paying more to operate and struggling to recruit compared with competitors just a few miles away. The Department for Transport blames Halton Borough Council. Halton Borough Council blames the Government. Neither seems serious about helping businesses in Runcorn, Frodsham and Helsby. But I will keep fighting for a fair deal.

County, borough… lots of issues neglected by the local council which we will fix when in office. Oh, and the flag behind me?
