Today we present our plan to get everyone well connected, no matter where we live across 🇪🇺. We also launch a consultation on the future of the #connectivity sector. It is clear: there is no going back on #NetNeutrality + no decision has been taken about a proposal #OTTfairshare

Congratulations on those anti-liberty measures that are turning the EU into a globalist hell-hole. Remaining disconnected seems to be the best option in the EU.

It’s not fighting for netneutrality if your idea is to treat and financially charge services from big corporations different to the ones from small individuals. That would be the exact opposite of neutrality

Just saying you care about net neutrality doesn't magically make it true, if some data is payed in both direction it is not treated the same as other data. It also create weird incentives for operators to promote more of the double payed data which risks skewing completion

@Gmvolpi The sooner the EU severs its links to the rest of the internet the better, eh? Then you can be well connected to each other and live in a little stagnant bubble while the rest of the world progresses. I suggest you start by disconnecting the links to Russia...

Unfortunately the gigabit recommendation could be the final nail in the coffin of competition, investment will suffer and prices will go up and feed inflation.

Jep, the Big Tech already paying for their traffic and so do the users. What's your point? Internet is not like the autobahn with limited space ...it's sounds more like another highwayman scheme written by the lobby
