1⃣ Find your starting line. Just select “New notebook” in the @GeminiApp side menu panel, hit “Study,” and tell Gemini your goal and upload any relevant materials. Gemini generates a custom diagnostic quiz to map out what you already know and where you need to focus, replacing guesswork with a clear plan.

2⃣ Learn in bite-sized pieces. Your notebook takes your focus areas and crafts short, custom lessons and practice quizzes built around your uploaded materials. You can even pause at any time to ask questions right inside your notebook to dig deeper on any concept.

3⃣ Track your progress. Gemini breaks down your big learning goal into specific, manageable objectives. Your dashboard tracks them in real time as "Strengths" or "Focus areas" — actively recommending your best next step so you can feel confident about how your learning is progressing.

4⃣ @GeminiApp 🤝 @NotebookLM Because your study notebook sources are seamlessly integrated, you can easily reference past chats and pull materials right into NotebookLM to generate interactive flashcards or Video Overviews of whatever you're studying.
