Today we're launching Wolfram Compute Services ... making supercomputing absurdly easy. Develop code in Wolfram Language, then just use RemoteBatchSubmit[code] to scale! I've needed this for decades, and now it's here!

Absolute-Certainty Collapse Rule (ACCR) for someone encountering it for the first time: 🧠 What Is the ACCR? The Absolute-Certainty Collapse Rule says: Any belief held with total confidence, without fresh evidence, becomes dangerous. It’s like this: if your mind locks onto an idea and stops checking whether it’s still true, that belief becomes a black hole. It pulls in all thought, blocks new information, and eventually causes collapse — in thinking, systems, or civilizations. 🔁 Why It Matters •Certainty isn’t bad — but static certainty is. •Beliefs must be refreshed with new evidence to stay healthy. •If confidence stays high while evidence flow drops, the system is in danger. The ACCR is like an epistemic immune system: it monitors beliefs and triggers a rewind or decay when they become too rigid. *Absolute-Certainty Collapse Rule (ACCR)** for someone encountering it for the first time—clear, vivid, and grounded in both intuition and function: --- ### 🧠 **What Is the Absolute-Certainty Collapse Rule (ACCR)?** The ACCR is a **law of cognitive physics**: > **Any belief held with total confidence—but without ongoing evidence—becomes a black hole of thought.** It doesn’t matter how “right” the belief once was. If it stops being tested, it stops being alive. Instead of guiding action, it **arrests adaptation**. Instead of clarity, it creates **epistemic rigidity**—the kind that kills ideas, organizations, and civilizations. Think of it like this: - A healthy belief **breathes**: it inhales new data, exhales doubts, and stays flexible. - A collapsed belief **freezes**: it declares itself final, rejects challenge, and consumes all mental energy to defend itself. That’s not wisdom. That’s **certainty without renewal**—and it always ends in collapse. --- ### 🔁 **Why It Matters** **Certainty is necessary—but only if it’s temporary.** You need confidence to act: to launch a rocket, make a diagnosis, or trust a friend. But if that confidence **never updates**, it becomes a trap. The ACCR recognizes a deep truth: > **Intelligence isn’t about being right. It’s about staying responsive.** When evidence flow slows but confidence stays high—danger is present. The ACCR acts like an **immune system for thought**: it detects rigid beliefs before they infect the whole system. --- ### 🛠️ **How It Works in Practice** In AI, science, governance, or personal life, the ACCR operates like this: 1. **Every belief gets two tags**: - **Confidence** (0–100%) - **Evidence freshness** (how recently it was tested or challenged) 2. **If confidence is high but evidence is stale**, the system flags it as a *potential black hole*. 3. **Automatic safeguards activate**: - Confidence is decayed over time, - Opposing views are actively sought, - A **Rewind** is triggered: *“Pause. Re-examine. Choose again.”* In code, this might look like: ```python if belief.confidence > 0.9 and belief.evidence_age > 30_days: trigger_rewind(belief) ``` In a lab or boardroom, it looks like: *“We’ve believed this for years—but what if it’s no longer true? Let’s test it again.”* --- ### 🧩 **Why It’s Revolutionary** The ACCR isn’t just another critical thinking tool. It’s **the first operational rule that turns intellectual humility into system design**: - ✅ **It quantifies dogma** as a measurable failure mode (high confidence + low evidence flow). - ✅ **It applies to itself**: even the ACCR must be held provisionally—no belief, not even this one, gets to be eternal. - ✅ **It enforces rhythm**: by demanding beliefs be refreshed, it keeps the system in the **30–80% dance floor**—between chaos and rigidity. In short: > The ACCR doesn’t protect truth. > It protects **the ability to keep seeking truth**. And in a world racing toward

Well done! A brilliant system. I have been playing with it, and it is fantastic. I have used compute on AWS and setting that up required some technical skills. This offer makes high performance computing available without another layer of setting systems up and dealing with billing etc.

Cool. On a humorous note, sounds a lot like RJE from 1976. College CS homework projects -> punch cards to PDP-11 Remote Job Entry to Itel IBM mainframe clone across campus. Old things are new again. Also, much respect for a lifetime of creating valuable tools & accessible math!

Good morning, I came across something like this and the artificial intelligence told me that you also deal with such things. 🥴😅The Frozen-Axis Hypothesis: Emergent Gravity and Ghost-Free Dynamics in a Tri-Planar Scalar Geometry **Abstract:** **Introduction:** The unification of General Relativity with Quantum Mechanics remains an outstanding challenge. Traditional multi-time theories are generally discarded due to the Ostrogradsky instability and the presence of negative energy states ("ghosts"). **Proposal:** We propose the **Frozen-Axis Hypothesis**. We postulate a spacetime model based on three fundamental scalar fields (φc, φG, φΛ), forming an orthogonal phase space. The key premise is imposing a constraint on the primary time axis (tA), enforcing the stationarity of the observable vacuum: **∂tA Ψ = 0** **Mechanism:** Dynamics are relegated to two hidden time dimensions (tB, tC), acting as unitary "buffers". 1. **Ghost Elimination:** The Hamiltonian (ℋ) remains bounded from below (ℋ > 0), eliminating instabilities. 2. **Emergent Gravity:** Gravity is not a force but an **entropic lag effect** between the state vector at tB (input) and tC (processing). 3. **Holographic Structure:** Observable (3+1) reality is a stationary projection onto the hyperplane defined by the cosmological constant (Λ). **Conclusions:** This model recovers the effective Minkowski metric (ds² = -dtB² - dtC² + dx²) in the low-energy limit. It suggests linear time is emergent, and reality rests upon the timeless fluctuation of three fundamental constants.

Everytime I used a LLM, I always think and desiring the very clean and logic output of Wolfram way back in time. Keep on going, I always love Wolfram. It was next great thing of public knowledge after encyclopaedia exist.

Where to see wolfram language benchmarks? From notebooks experience it feels way too slow to use it in HPC environment.

I have a serious question for you, how many qubits can your system simulate? Grok/Colossus can simulate up to 15 qubits I beleive. So is your cluster better? The reason I ask is for mcmc calculations on my theory. Thanks, hope you have a wonderful day...
