The biggest announcement from NVIDIA GTC was just released! It's the open sourcing of TWO Radiance Field methods, 3D Gaussian Ray Tracing and 3D Gaussian Unscented Transform from NVIDIA AI Developer. Not only has the code been released, but they come with an Apache 2.0 License, meaning you can use these methods commercially. This is the same license that Nerfstudio carries and is a big win for the community! 3DGRT introduces a pure ray tracing implementation, while 3DGUT brings the effects of ray tracing, such as secondary lighting effects to rasterization. It’s been hard to keep this one under wraps because we’re about as excited as we’ve ever been to release a record. We think Prizefighter is the best music we’ve ever made, and we’ve never been happier doing it. With the help of our old friend Aaron Dessner, we found this creative flow that brought out the best in us as artists, and made us feel comfortable in our skins, and confident in what we have to bring to this mad world of music. We also thought the time, and the songs, were right to invite some of our favourite artists in the world to collaborate with us: Chris Stapleton, Gracie Abrams, Gigi Perez and, of course, Hozier. We cannot fucking wait for you to hear it. Prizefighter, our sixth album, will be released on 13th February 2026 and is available to pre-order now.

Finally got a chance to play around with Andrej Karpathy's LLM Council. I built it as a plugin inside of Claude Code. Hooked it up with OpenRouter for models. The AskUserQuestion tool came in handy to select the council and chairman. This is my first test, but I agree with Karpathy that the concept of LLM ensembles can be used beyond models that offer perspectives on interesting questions. I feel like this could have really cool applications in agentic coding. More on that soon. I built this as a plugin, so next I will be exploring other user cases around agentic coding, like evaluation, tool building, designing, and research. If there is enough interest, I will clean it up and push it out as an open plugin.

DESIGN.md lets you easily export and import your design rules from project to project.
