Today is the 41st anniversary of Back to the Future! Back to the Future II on Super Famicom started as a Zelda-like RPG. It was later reworked into a straightforward 2D side-scrolling platformer where Marty rides a hoverboard almost constantly. There was almost a western localisation but it fell apart when the quality of the game was considered under par.

🐺 The thing that shocked me the most when I came to Korea was the public transportation. In Australia, it was super analog. At the bus stop near my house, the schedule was just written on a piece of paper. It was not even accurate. I had to show up like 10 minutes early. 🐥 In Australia, I have to scan a paper ticket to ride the subway. I was like, In Korea, do you just have something like T-money for that? 🐺 Back then, we used coins. 🐥 Now, of course, we have cards.
