So why do tories including the Environment minister keep voting to pump more raw sewage into our rivers & waterways?

Yet more 'pie in the sky' commitments from an inefficient Department which can't even stop the water companies from dumping sewage in our rivers, etc. Won't be holding my breath on any of these

In a circular economy, yesterday’s waste becomes tomorrow’s resources. The Lagos State Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources through LAWMA , is making that vision real by transforming fruit waste into clean energy through innovative processing in line with The Lagos State Govt Waste-to-Energy initiative. At Ikosi Market, organic waste was collected and converted into liquid for biogas production. It is one of many ways we are turning waste into environmental solutions for Lagos. A cleaner, greener Lagos starts with how we treat waste. Join us in creating are cleaner, greener Lagos. #CleanerLagos #AGreaterLagosRising

Thank you all for joining us today in our campaign to clean and green Kampala. Kampala belongs to all of us, and it is our shared responsibility to keep our city clean, green, and beautiful. The resources we use to maintain our city come from taxpayers’ contributions. Therefore, anyone who destroys public facilities is damaging property that belongs to every citizen. Let us take pride in our city. Together, we can build a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable Kampala for today and for future generations. Love your city. Keep Kampala clean 📱🎥
