Natasha Howard on the double personal foul between Cotie McMahon and herself “Just got tangled up, boxing out, that’s all” On Cheryl Reeve’s loud support of her after the play that ended in a tech “When you have a coach that will have your back, then you have they back too. I’m happy we have a coach like that, that will do anything for us when it comes to those types of calls or whatever”

Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.

Dirty hands, clean moneyyyy. 1st paycheck as a Welder Living in Mulberry, Florida this is their hard work paying off. No $60,000 student loan charging between $200 and $450 in interest every month, depending entirely on your specific interest rate. Which should be illegal and that is why hard working people have a hard time paying it back.

Woman got a $1,251 ticket for driving with both hands on the wheel and having her phone, faced down, resting on her lap The ticket cannot be dismissed and she must pay it This is because where she lives it is illegal to have your phone resting on your lap while driving You must not hold the phone in your hand or let it rest on any part of your body. This applies even if the phone is turned off or not in use Fines are $1,200+ and 3–4 demerit points in Australia A fine of this size for having your phone turned over on your lap is criminal

For my friends that have an issue with white-knuckling their pistol (example pic on the right), give this a try. Once you understand physically that it’s not going to jump out of your hand, the mental part will immediately click. All you need to do to retain the pistol is touch your thumb and middle finger. Then, return to your proper 2 handed support grip. You’ll see immediate improvement. Sometimes I describe grip pressure as holding a soft-boiled or raw egg. Your hands are locked firmly together, but don’t squish the egg between your palms. (Don’t do this with a Deagle!🤣) I’m not here to show off flashy stuff, so I went with something many people have. The only flashy stuff I’m going to post are my mini-horses.

Uneven Squat? Uneven Hips? Pinching Hips? If your squat looks uneven at the bottom, with your pelvis rotating to one side, and you notice that you lack hip internal rotation on that side, then that hip may be pinching or blocked as you go down into a squat. As a result, your pelvis rotates away to compensate and open up that hip. This leads to an uneven squat with a rotated pelvis and uneven weight distribution between your legs. Do these two stretches for 3×10 reps on both hips before you squat.

Napheesa Collier on Olivia Miles’ between the legs no look pass for a Kayla McBride transition three “That was crazy(smiling), I mean, I haven’t even seen the video yet but just seeing that in real time, it’s like the stuff that Liv can do is just so fun and then Mac knocking it down she was like “that’s more pressure than even a game winner” like you have to hit that. This team is just so fun”

If you’re a SLICER of the ball and can only work on ONE thing all winter, this is it! Golfers who struggle with a slice will typically have a wide open clubface and/or a steep shaft pitch in the downswing. You can directly combat both of those issues with this feel of having the lead wrist move into flexion in transition. Do this literally 1000x a day over the winter and you’ll get rid of that slice for good to start the new season 🤙

Let’s make it clear. Here’s the difference between the auto switch lens on and off. Auto switch lens in demo units at store is on by default You should check your device with both options on and off. If it’s smooth with auto switch lens on, then it’s not a hardware issue and it can be solved by updating the Camera Assistant app or future software updates , But if you still have the issue, you should ask for a replacement #GalaxyS24Ultra #GalaxyS24

We buy like 5 loafs from the local bakery every few months Then cut all loaf in slices, I got this bread cutting machine for it on Amazon Then we freeze those slices We don't eat bread a lot but sometimes, so if you wanna eat bread, you just put a frozen slice in air fryer for about 7 minutes and you have toasted bread One reason is that whenever we go to the bakery here after 12 noon all bread is sold out, so this is easier Now studies show freezing bread and other starches is healthier for you as it doesn't spike your blood sugar as much Related I try to start my day with protein, never carbs or sugar, just egg or meat and then carbs or fruit after I know lots of people start their day with fruits cause I see it at hotel breakfast and I try avoid starting my day with that This trick originally from Andrey Azimov who got it from Michael from Dojobali

Let’s get a couple things straight here on this slide. 1) Going in low/spikes down/hands up is not a “dirty” play 2) The rules state if you can reach out and grab the bag with your hand then it’s fair. You do NOT have to slide straight into the base.

4 months ago I made this Notion guide, Spent countless hours at night, Curating all of my knowledge into one place, And gave it away for free. Then one person replied that this course could be a $5k cohort 👀 Looking back, I realized I missed a lot, And there’s more to add... How to build a Discord server from start to finish, What bots you can use to create unique experiences, Best practices from hard lessons learned. So I’m going to spend time next week updating this entire guide, Adding everything new that I’ve learned in the last 4 months, With hopes that it helps inspires you to create your own community on Discord. Until then, Please leave a ❤️ and comment “Discord” and I’ll DM you the guide as a thank you! Have a great weekend all ☀️

HANDLE THE BALL AGAINST PRESSURE This clip is a masterclass in handling the ball against pressure. Most players think that the more moves they make, the better BallHandler they are. In reality, a players ability to Start-Go-Stop is what makes them productive. Do you have a starting move that can get you downhill. On that ‘go’ can you be in control under pressure. Then, do you have the ability to stop to create separation, and be comfortable in a face up so that you can make a decision and play.
