Today’s practice: Frieren meme I actually don’t use basic shapes to draw (spheres, cubes, cylinders) I probably used them back when I was a student, but I don’t even remember anymore. So my method isn’t really a useful guide for anyone who wants to learn something.

🫍 It wasn’t really that big of a thing, but it happened during the time when I was going through burnout. Like I said before (about trying to heal by doing things out of comfort zone), since this is something new for me... The thing was, I had a really sore throat, so I couldn’t take singing lessons, but the concert date was getting closer. That one time when Ju asked me when I'll take a practice for song, I had a sore throat at the time. Well, since I’m doing it anyway, I needed to do something, so I decided to learn the language instead. I had to make those 2 hours of lessons worth it to practice my pronounciation. For me, it was pretty hard because I don’t really watch Korean series. The 2 series I remember watching are Full House and The Glory, I guess? So the language wasn’t really familiar to my ears. You know, it’s hard to mimic because I usually learn by mimicking. So when it comes to a language I didn’t really have much exposure to, it takes longer time to practice. The L sound and stuff like that. But when I can finally do it, it's so fun. I love it.

🐧 am i someone that gets jealous a lot? i don’t know…am i? maybe? i actually think my emotions have become more abundant in comparison to when i debuted…i was basically a robot when i debuted. that’s how emotionless i was. 🐧 i feel like i was actually probably a T back then? how did i live back then? back then, i completely ruled out “emotions”. 🐧 input = output, i think that’s how i lived 🐧 i cried a lot when i was a trainee and then i had a sudden realization during my debut and i was basically a robot then…like input = output 🐧 “don’t reveal your emotions.” that was my mindset 🐧 that’s why, from the members’ perspective…them saying i was more mature during our debut could be true because i almost never showed my emotions to the members either 🐧 i think it’s just right now…because it used to be really extreme, both when i was a trainee and when i debuted…i think i found the balance. 🐧 i think i got better while having conversations with taehyun….since we used to share a room, talking to taehyun made it better little by little

I don’t really train my chest that much anymore. I personally don’t feel a need to. There was a time where I was able to dumbbell press 70s for 2-3 reps. Chest is not a group I particularly enjoy training after my BA. I still incorporate presses that target my shoulders.

⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing? That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. No, wait thinking about it, even when I go to the sauna I just sit there without thinking. I think I just space out. I wonder if it’s because I’ve gotten used to this work now. "Maybe your brain just wants to rest." That also feels right. No but, compared to before being thoughtless/empty-minded actually seems better, compared to when I had so many thoughts I couldn’t sleep. Now I sleep with my legs stretched out (idiom, it means to sleep comfortably), yes. Maybe it’s because things feel stable, yes. My relationship with the members is really good and I feel a lot of satisfaction with the work I do, and since ATINY always show me support so strongly by my side, somehow I wonder if that’s why I don’t have emotional highs and lows. #SEONGHWA #성화

#emiamily TikTok live [260405] 💬: Do you like any K-pop groups? 🦊: Actually, I used to like Beast and EXO. There was a time when EXO came to Thailand, this was way back when, and they went on the show Academy Fantasia. And I was a kid who went to watch AF. I was really young. Back then, I really liked Chanyeol, his hair was all curly then. They came to perform at AF and I went to ask for their autograph, but I don't know where it is anymore.

🐿️ Yesterday, stopping the song (NO1) in the middle was really impulsive. So I’m sure the production and sound team were probably surprised too. It just kind of happened while I was doing it… I guess it was just one of those days. It doesn’t come around very often for me - a day when I suddenly feel like doing something on impulse? (laughs) So I just did it… 🐿️ I don’t even know myself. I’ve never tried anything like that even during practice, but I just - I just… I just did it. These days, since I’ve gotten more used to handling the equipment… — KIM HONGJOONG WHEN I CATCH YOU

Donald Trump: “I don’t care what a woman looks like. I used to say ‘beautiful.’ Now I don’t care anymore. Since I got into politics, I never mention appearance. Even the most beautiful woman can walk by — I don’t even look at her anymore, because in politics that’s a sign of death.”
