安利一个馅料配方！羊肉金针菇 像切韭菜那样，把金针菇切成5～10毫米左右的碎末，然后和羊肉馅 姜末拌在一起，加调味料（推荐是盐 生抽 蚝油 胡椒粉 料酒，羊肉还是有点点腥味的，加胡椒粉和料酒能去腥），然后就可以包饺子了 金针菇碎煮熟后是软的，完全和羊肉融在了一起，口感就像是吃了一整个肉丸子
