Here’s Kat Abughazaleh, whose running for Congress in Illinois, encouraging people to continue impeding federal ICE agents until they can get the ICE facility in Chicago “shut down” She states that protesters will be showing up every Friday from 7-9am and won’t stop until the facility is closed. ICE leadership coordinated with school officials and the Governor’s Office to ensure the situation was resolved safely and with minimal disruption to the community. The illegal alien, Jesus Acevedo-Sanchez, now faces federal charges for resisting and impeding federal officers, and destruction of government property. A second illegal alien in the car during the operation punched officers and is now facing federal charges for assaulting a federal officer.
