Michelle Yeoh’s #Oscar win for Best Actress over Cate Blanchett is a decision by The Academy that I personally don’t believe has aged very well. No shade to Yeoh, who’s had a magnificent career, I just don’t think anyone deserved the award over Blanchett for her work in Tár.

When Viggo Mortensen was asked to play the role of Aragorn, he almost passed up on the opportunity; at that time, he had never read the books, had never met Peter Jackson, and was asked to travel across the world the very next day. Fortunately, his son Henry Mortensen encouraged him to accept the role. Lucky for us! Viggo was perfect for the role: he was an outdoorsman and did most of his stunts. Not only did he read the books multiple times, but he also went as far as to learn some Elvish, encouraging the script to include more Elven dialect. As some would say, and we wholeheartedly agree, Aragorn was cast to play the role of Aragorn.

They are trained to not only screen but help. She didn’t need to ask permission if it was that serious, just go. There’s NO WAY that in 2019, after all the mistakes made and lessons learned that the Queen (because the buck stopped with her, she’s the head of the Firm) refused a request for mental health crisis treatment. We also know that Harry had a therapist AND access to some of the best resources thru Heads Together- his narrative that the attitude was everyone else managed it-projecting a bit there. Funny they never tell how it ended up. Did she just wake up one morning and feel great? Just “get over it”? #FOHarryAndMeghan
